Nous recherchons des électrotechniciennes qui résoudront des problématiques liées aux instruments et aux équipements de production, naviguerez dans des automates programmables (PLC) et des entraînements à fréquence variable (drive), tout en installant, réparant, calibrant et entretenant divers équipements de production au sein de procédés variés.
Votre rôle crucial consistera à mettre en œuvre des pratiques de gestion des actifs, garantissant la continuité et la sécurité de la maintenance et de l’exploitation des équipements matériels de l’usine tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
Relevant du Superviseur électrique, vous aurez les tâches suivantes:
- Diagnostiquer les problématiques de production liées aux instruments et aux équipements et procéder à leur réparation
- Naviguer et programmer différents automates programmable (PLC) et différents entrainements à fréquence variable (drive);
- Installer, réparer, modifier, calibrer, ajuster et entretenir différents équipements de production dans une multitude de procédés différents;
- Analyser en profondeur les différentes problématiques électriques, effectuer la résolution de ces problèmes et mettre à jour les plans liés aux équipements de production allant de la basse tension jusqu’à la moyenne tension (13,000 volts).
- Dépanner et entretenir divers systèmes de combustion;
- Appliquer les principes de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE) de l’organisation.
Votre contribution
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :
- DEC en électronique industrielle ou DEC Électrotechnique +DEC en Instrumentation et contrôle ou DEC en Électrodynamique et instrumentation et contrôle ;
- Permis de conduire valide (Classe 5);
- Initiative et débrouillardise élevées;
- Capacité à fonctionner sous tension et maîtriser la résolution de problèmes.
Atouts:
- Avoir des compétences dans la lecture de plans d’automatisation et/ou électriques;
- Certificat en électricité CÉ (anciennement Licence C);
- Certificat TERAG ou TAG-1;
- Connaissance des réseaux informatiques Ethernet, Modbus +, Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
