Rio Tinto ATS (Aluminium Technology Solutions) conçoit et industrialise des solutions innovantes pour la production de l’Aluminium Primaire au sein de ses départements basés à Voreppe et à Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. L’équipe Electrodes, au sein de ce département, est en charge des ateliers de production d’anodes.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(ne) Conception, Développement et Industrialisation qui sera amené à participer au développement et à l’industrialisation d’un nouveau procédé de mise en forme d’électrodes, à fournir du support aux sites de R&D et de production et à devenir le garant technique sur son périmètre. Vous travaillerez sur une base hebdomadaire de 5 jours.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne curieuse, dynamique et rigoureuse de relever les défis de l’industrie de l’aluminium : produire un métal essentiel en diminuant l’impact environnemental de sa production.
À plus long terme, après avoir conforté son expérience en procédé, le candidat pourra évoluer vers des postes opérationnels en R&D ou en usine.
Relevant du Chef de service Electrodes et travaillant au sein d’un environnement stimulant et intéressant, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Être un acteur proactif dans la gestion des aspects Santé, Sécurité et Environnement
- Participer à des relations de travail collaboratives au sein du service et avec les autres parties prenantes internes ou externes
- Rédiger des documents et des rapports en français et en anglais
- Communiquer en français, en anglais et dans un langage clair et succinct, les avancements, résultats et défis (présentations orales ou à l’écrit avec la rédaction de spécifications ou rapports)
- Produire la documentation technique (plans et spécifications) pour supporter le développement technologique
- Synthétiser les avis de ses pairs et élaborer un positionnement technique pour alimenter la bonne avancée du développement
- Rédiger les documents de capitalisation dans le cadre de son expertise (support de formation, synthèse technique…)
- Réaliser le suivi de fournisseurs d’équipements (suivi à distance et missions associées)
- Supporter l’installation et le démarrage des installations de production
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des installations ou des équipements
Votre contribution
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Vous possédez une formation technique supérieure BUT en Génie Mécanique
- Vous apportez une expérience professionnelle supérieure à 8 ans en conception et développement d’équipements industriels
- Vous maitrisez les logiciels de CAO (SolidWorks, Autocad)
- Vous êtes curieux, autonome, rigoureux(se), doté(e) d’une bonne capacité de synthèse
- Vous savez piloter des études et vous êtes capable d’organiser vos livrables
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous avez l’approche relationnelle adaptée pour travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés, y compris à l’international
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais à l’oral et pour la rédaction de documents techniques
- Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements à l’international (durée de 1 à 3 semaines par trimestre)
