Nous sommes à la recherche de technicien(ne)s ou ingénieur(e)s en électricité, mécanique ou Planificateur(trice) de maintenance pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion des actifs.
Le titulaire du poste relèvera directement du Coordonnateur, Gestion des actifs. Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Soutenir techniquement les équipes d’entretien lors de travaux complexes ou d’envergure
- Participer à la planification, à la priorisation et au suivi des travaux du centre
- Appuyer la rédaction et la validation des procédures et processus SSE
- Effectuer des analyses de bris, mettre en place et suivre les mesures correctives
- Produire des rapports, devis, présentations et appels d’offres
- Gérer les commandes et en assurer le suivi
- Maintenir la fiabilité et la capacité opérationnelle des équipements du centre
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en génie mécanique ou électrique, ou un baccalauréat en ingénierie
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Compétences en lecture de plans et dessins techniques
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Autonomie et débrouillardise
Atouts :
- Maitriser le français à l’oral et à l’écrit et connaissance de base de l’anglais. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste pourraient exigés une collaboration avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec.

Emplacement du poste
Rio Tinto Aluminium est présent au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 100 ans. Dans la région, nos installations comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida, le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port. Nos usines d’électrolyse à la fine pointe de la technologie produisent de l’aluminium certifié « responsable ».
