Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(ne) en mécanique pour un poste permanent à temps plein pour l’équipe gestion des actifs.
Le rôle du titulaire du poste consistera à fournir du support technique dans ses différents secteurs. De concert avec les autres membres de l’équipe, il s’assure d’appliquer les meilleures pratiques de gestion des actifs en termes de fiabilité des équipements, d’analyse de bris et de suivi de la qualité des travaux.
Ce poste constitue une excellente occasion de joindre une équipe dynamique et de relever des défis stimulants. Relevant du Coordonnateur gestion des actifs, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes:
- Fournir du support technique en mécanique industriel dans différents secteurs de l’usine.
- Supporter les équipes de maintenance et d’opération.
- Prioriser les demandes de travail et en tenant compte des criticités, du calendrier maître et des programmes d’inspections légaux.
- Supporter les projets et les autres demandes dans le calendrier de planification.
- Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires d’ordonnancement, de pré-ordonnancement et de préparation des arrêts.
- Animer l’analyse hebdomadaire de la performance de la semaine précédente ainsi que la présentation du bilan des résultats lors de rencontres mensuelles.
- Travailler conjointement avec les planificateurs, les superviseurs de production et de maintenance, les ingénieurs de fiabilité et de procédé, les chargés de projets.
- Suivre l’historique des équipements, des coûts, supporter la préparation du budget et le suivi des réparations pour être proactif et efficace.
Votre contribution
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes:
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- DEC en génie mécanique ou formation équivalente
- Minimum 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Bonnes aptitudes en travail d’équipe, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes
- Démontrer un niveau d’initiative et de débrouillardise élevé et faire preuve d’un grand niveau d’autonomie
- Permis de conduire valide (Classe 5)
Atouts:
- Expérience dans un milieu industriel
- Connaissance du logiciel SAP
- Compétences en informatique suite Microsoft Office

Nos installations dans la région comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse en propriété exclusive, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida (CRDA), le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port.
