Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur(e) Procédé Confirmé(e) qui jouera un rôle clé dans le développement technologique et l’amélioration des processus au sein de l’équipe Electrodes.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne curieuse, dynamique et rigoureuse de relever les défis de l’industrie de l’aluminium et de contribuer à la réduction de l’empreinte carbone de sa production.
Relevant du Chef de service Electrodes et travaillant au sein d’une équipe motivée et chevronnée à Voreppe, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Assurer une gestion proactive des aspects Santé, Sécurité et Environnement dans l’ensemble des projets et processus.
- Conduire des études de modélisation de procédés (combustion, transfert thermique) pour formuler des recommandations techniques solides en lien avec les projets de développement ou de transfert de technologies.
- Collaborer à l’amélioration continue des installations et équipements existants en identifiant des opportunités d’optimisation et en participant activement à la résolution de problèmes.
- Rédiger et faire évoluer les spécifications techniques des conceptions et technologies, tout en assurant la bonne documentation des processus (rapports, présentations, spécifications).
- Assurer un support technique aux équipes de production et d’ingénierie, en fournissant assistance et expertise sur les procédés, ainsi qu’en suivant la performance des sites de production.
- Coordonner et piloter les projets de développement et d’investissement, en veillant à respecter les échéances et les objectifs fixés.
- Faciliter des relations de travail collaboratives avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en favorisant une approche d’innovation et de gestion de projet structurée.
- Communiquer de manière claire et succincte les avancements, défis et résultats, à travers des rapports techniques et des présentations orales, auprès des différentes parties prenantes.
Votre contribution :
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Vous possédez une formation technique supérieure Bac+5 en génie Génie Industriel ou Procédé ou Chimique
- Vous apportez une expérience professionnelle supérieure à 8 ans en conception et développement de procédés industriels avec idéalement une première expérience sur le terrain (en production ou en exécution de projet)
- Vous possédez une connaissance de base des outils de modélisation (Ansys, Fluent)
- Vous êtes curieux, autonome, rigoureux(se), doté(e) d’une bonne capacité de synthèse
- Vous savez piloter des projets et études et vous êtes capable d’organiser vos livrables
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous avez l’approche relationnelle adaptée pour travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés, y compris à l’international
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à la rédaction de documents techniques est indispensable
- Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements réguliers à l’international (durée de 1 semaine à 2 mois)
