Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable des Achats Opérations et Projets. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des achats pour les projets de fermeture et réhabilitation de sites en Europe.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne rigoureuse, orientée solution et expérimentée dans la gestion d’achats stratégiques de contribuer à un avenir durable.
Relevant du Procurement Business Partner Closure EMEA, et travaillant au sein d’une équipe collaborative au département Achat, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d’achat pour les projets de fermeture et réhabilitation de sites en Europe
- Superviser et coordonner les achats d’ingénierie, d’équipements, et de gestion des déchets
- Encadrer et soutenir une équipe de consultants dans leurs missions d’achat
- Participer à l’élaboration des stratégies d’achat en collaboration avec le Manager Achat
- Optimiser les processus d’achat et proposer des solutions innovantes pour réduire les coûts
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs et partenaires
- Assurer le suivi commercial des contrats et résoudre les litiges avec les fournisseurs
- Contribuer à la gestion des dossiers et des projets de réhabilitation en France et en Europe
Votre contribution
- Engagement exemplaire envers la sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Diplôme Bac+5 en Gestion, Commerce, Ingénierie ou domaine similaire
- Expérience de plus de 10 ans en achats stratégiques dans un contexte industriel similaire
- Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire, et capacité à travailler avec des équipes internationales
- Capacité à gérer une équipe et à diriger des projets complexes
- Aptitude à négocier et à établir des contrats
- Maîtrise des processus d’achat, gestion d’appels d’offres, et contract management
- Fort esprit d’équipe et compétences en gestion du changement
