Ce poste est l’un des principaux points de recours hiérarchique internes pour les systèmes de la plateforme des RH de base de Rio Tinto, comme Workday. Sous la direction du ou de la chef de service, Plateformes de ressources humaines, vous travaillerez dans un milieu axé sur la collaboration et le soutien au sein de notre division Plateformes technologiques et effectuerez les tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la santé et la performance du système ainsi que la détection et la résolution des problèmes pour maximiser la disponibilité de la plateforme Workday.
  • Veiller à la sécurité des données et à la mise en place de contrôles appropriés, étant donné le caractère hautement sensible des informations contenues dans la plateforme. Analyser l’impact sur la conception pour tous les aspects de la sécurité et des données, y compris les tests et les processus de gestion du changement.
  • S’assurer que les intégrations à Workday, source unique de vérité pour les données des RH, respectent les normes de Rio Tinto établies pour maintenir l’intégrité des données.
  • Déceler les risques associés à la plateforme Workday et les réduire à un niveau acceptable selon la matrice de risques de Rio Tinto.
  • Établir et maintenir des processus concernant les changements de configuration dans Workday, y compris les procédures appropriées de test et de contrôle des modifications correspondant à une application de niveau 1.
  • Créer et maintenir des conceptions architecturales pour les états actuels, futurs et transitoires.

Votre contribution

  • Engagement à l’égard de votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe.
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans l’exploitation des TI, le développement de logiciels ou un environnement de développement et d’exploitation (DevOps)
  • Expérience éprouvée en offre de solutions architecturales dans le domaine des technologies de gestion du capital humain
  • Expérience en modélisation architecturale de systèmes et de sous-systèmes
  • Conception de systèmes, d’applications et d’intégrations de composants comme Workday
  • Expérience démontrée de la responsabilité de bout en bout de systèmes de RH au sein d’une entreprise de portée mondiale
  • Expérience démontrée en matière de leadership et de gestion des ressources internes et externes
  • Compréhension des modèles SaaS 
  • Expérience des structures de soutien SaaS
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement partiellement ou entièrement imparti, avec de multiples parties prenantes 
  • Solide engagement auprès de l’entreprise ou expertise en gestion des parties prenantes

We are looking for a Manager – Technical Delivery within our Business Platforms team that focus on the supporting technologies that underpin the HR Domain.

This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced leader to provide technical direction for the design, implementation and integration of the core HR systems and applications. The role will ensure consistent and compliant designs in alignment with the architectural principles and guidelines for HR systems. The role is responsible for ensuring that our business processes, system developments and the solutions remain technically strong.

The role will contribute to the platform health, service performance, and continuous platform improvement to ensure operational experience and ongoing service stability. This role is one of the key internal escalation points for Rio Tinto’s Core HR platform systems like Workday. The team you are joining will work together to ensure we establish best practice as Rio Tinto transitions to Workday across its global operations.

Reporting to the Manager – People Platforms and working in collaborative and supportive environment within our Technology Platforms division, you will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring system health, performance, issue identification and resolution to deliver maximum availability of the Workday Platform.
  • Ensure data security and appropriate controls are in place considering the high sensitivity of the information within the platform. Impact analysis on design for all aspects of security and data including testing and change control processes.
  • Ensure integrations to Workday, as the single source of truth for HR data, follows Rio Tinto’s current standards to maintain data integrity.
  • Find and mitigate Workday platform risks to a level acceptable within Rio Tinto risk matrix.
  • Establish and maintain the processes involved in making configuration changes to Workday, including appropriate testing and change control procedures that align with a Tier 1 application.
  • Create and maintain architectural designs for current, future, and transitional states.
  • Complete system and sub-system modelling of the solution design.
  • Define technical features and elaboration including acceptance criteria for the Product Backlog.
  • Contribute to and ensure compliance of architectural principles (decisions and patterns).

What you will bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • 5+ years working in IT operations, software development or DevOps environment ideal
  • Proven experience in delivering architectural solutions with the HCM technology landscape.
  • Experience in architectural modelling of systems and sub-systems.
  • Design of system, application, and component integrations i.e. Workday.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end ownership of HR systems within an enterprise organisation, with global reach
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing both internal and outsourced resources
  • Understanding of SaaS models 
  • Working with SaaS support structures
  • Working in a partially or wholly outsourced environment, with multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong business engagement/stakeholder management expertise. 
  • Broad business process understanding with knowledge of impacts of business decisions and changes
