About the role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.
We are looking for a Study Lead to oversee and manage the study process for small to medium plant project, from the concept phase through to feasibility. This role is essential in ensuring that the project meets all business objectives and stakeholder expectations throughout its lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented leader to drive successful project outcomes and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to the Study Lead Jadar and working within a dynamic and collaborative project team, you will be:
- Leading the project through all study stages, ensuring compliance with HSE, scope, quality, budget, and schedule guidelines.
- Delivering the Product Group/Business Unit business case and scope to meet objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including government authorities and communities.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder approvals for project advancement and implementation.
- Monitoring and reporting on study performance indicators to meet business requirements.
- Implementing project protocols for decision-making, cost control, and communication.
- Fostering collaboration and providing support to the broader project team.
- Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes
What you’ll bring
- Commitment to safety and compliance with occupational safety regulations
- University degree in technical discipline required
- Prior experience of working on industrial projects is a must
- Must have excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to approach problems innovatively and laterally.
- Professional knowledge and experience in managing study projects.
- Experience in solving a range of problems using established procedures and solutions.
- Moderate level of guidance and direction required for complex challenges.

Zapošljavamo rukovodioca studije koji će nadzirati i upravljati procesima u izradi studije za mala i srednja postrojenja u okviru projekta: od idejnih rešenja do faze opravdanosti projekta. Ovo radno mesto je od ključne važnosti u našoj nameri da se projekat realizuje u skladu sa svim poslovnim ciljevima i očekivanjima zainteresovanih strana u svakoj fazi razvoja projekta.

Vaš nadređeni će biti rukovodilac studije na Projektu „Jadar“ a vaša zaduženja u dinamičnom radnom okruženju koje podstiče timski duh podrazumevaju sledeće:
- Rukovođenje projektom u svim fazama pripreme studije i obezbeđujući usklađenost sa propisima u domenu zaštite životne sredine, zaštite i zdravlja na radu, obimom projekta, standardima kvaliteta, budžetom i dinamikom realizacije.
- Dostavljanje informacija o opravdanosti investicije za proizvodnu grupu/poslovnu jedinicu i obimu studije u skladu sa planiranim ciljevima.
- Uspostavljanje i održavanje partnerskih odnosa sa eksternim zainteresovanim stranama, uključujući nadležne institucije i lokalne zajednice.
- Upravljanje odobrenjima od strane internih i eksternih zainteresovanih strana s ciljem ostvarenja napretka u realizaciji projekta.
- Nadziranje i izveštavanje o pokazateljima ostvarenih rezultata u skladu sa zahtevima i potrebama projekta.
- Implementaciju projektnih protokola u vezi sa donošenjem odluka, kontrolom troškova i komunikacijom navedenih aktivnosti.
- Saradnja sa i podrška članovima šireg projektnog tima.
- Prepoznavanje i upravljanje rizicima i prilikama za unapređenje ostvarenih rezultata na projektu.
