Relevant du Surintendant Relations avec les Employés, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Fournir aux responsables hiérarchiques de Simfer et aux gestionnaires des sous-traitants des conseils précis et avisés en matière de relations avec les employés en ce qui concerne la gestion des cas, les processus d'enquête, la résolution des griefs et des litiges, les plaintes relatives à l'équité de traitement et à l'application des politiques ;
  • Fournir des conseils sur l'interprétation et l'application du Code du Travail, de l'Accord-Cadre, de la Convention Collective Mines, Carrières et Industries Minières, du règlement intérieur et des obligations, des procédures et politiques générales en matière d'emploi ;
  • Fournir des conseils et des orientations en matière de gestion et d'administration des mesures disciplinaires afin de garantir le strict respect du droit du travail et des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise ;
  • Développer et maintenir des relations positives avec les délégations syndicales et les centrales syndicales du pays dans le but d'assurer un bon climat social ;
  • Prendre en charge des projets, seul ou en tant que membre d'une équipe de relations avec les employés, afin de traiter les questions liées à l'engagement des employés ;
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les Relations Industrielles et les Relations avec les Employés.

Ce que vous apporterez

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, en droit (spécialité en droit du travail) ou discipline connexe.
  • Avoir une expérience pertinente de 5 à 8 ans en gestion des Relations Industrielles/Relations avec les Employés de préférence dans le secteur minier ou industriel ;
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie des lois et réglementations du travail en Guinée.
  • Avoir une expérience avérée en gestion des relations syndicales et en négociation de conventions collectives.
  • Démontrer des compétences de communication en Français et l’anglais (écrit et parlé),
  • Être capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel mais de gérer des équipes diversifiées et disposer d’une bonne maîtrise de l’approche communautaire.

À propos du Projet Simandou Sud

Le projet de minerai de fer de Simandou (Blocs 3 & 4) est situé en République de Guinée, en Afrique de l'Ouest. Il s’agit d’un gisement de minerai de fer de haute qualité et de classe mondiale et représente l'une des plus grandes réserves connues de minerai de fer au monde.

Le projet Simandou Sud opère dans le cadre de la coentreprise Simfer où le gouvernement de Guinée détient 15 %, Rio Tinto et Chinalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH) , qui détiennent respectivement 45,05 % et 39,95 % de Simandou, continuent de travailler avec le gouvernement Guinéen pour explorer les options permettant de valoriser le gisement de minerai de fer de Simandou, ainsi que des mécanismes potentiels de collaboration sur les infrastructures requises au développement du Projet et aux opérations minières.

Votre milieu de travail

Le projet est détenu par Simfer S.A., coentreprise entre Rio Tinto (45,05 %), Chinalco (39,95 %) et le gouvernement de la Guinée (15 %). Rio Tinto est l’exploitant désigné des blocs 3 et 4 de Simandou. Ces blocs, situés dans les montagnes de Simandou, représentent l’un des plus importants gisements inexploités de minerai de fer à haute teneur actuellement, avec des ressources indiquées dépassant 1,7 milliard de tonnes.   

La mine créera plusieurs milliers d’emplois directs et indirects, avec une valeur économique se chiffrant dans les milliards de dollars au cours de sa durée de vie estimée. Simandou sera également un moteur de croissance économique et s’appuiera sur les meilleures pratiques en vue d’assurer un milieu de travail sûr, durable et respectueux de l’environnement. Le minerai de fer issu de la mine sera utilisé pour fabriquer des produits essentiels dont la société moderne dépend, notamment des véhicules électriques, des infrastructures d’énergie renouvelable, des immeubles et des ponts.
