Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Contratos y Adquisiciones. En este rol serás fundamental para gestionar todos los compromisos y contratos del proyecto Rincon, asegurando que se sigan los procesos adecuados y se satisfagan las necesidades del proyecto. Tu contribución será clave para alcanzar resultados comerciales óptimos que beneficien a largo plazo a Rio Tinto.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Negociación y Gestión: Asegurar prácticas comerciales sólidas y mantener relaciones efectivas con contratistas.
- Colaboración Estratégica: Trabajar junto a diversas partes interesadas para alinear objetivos del proyecto.
- Desarrollo de Equipo: Liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
- Análisis y Planificación: Identificar riesgos y necesidades, estructurando contratos adecuados y estrategias efectivas.
- Mejora Continua: Promover y compartir las mejores prácticas en gestión de contratos.

We are looking for a Contracts and Procurement Manager. In this role you will be essential in managing all commitments and contracts for the Rincon project, ensuring that due processes are followed, and the project's needs are met. Your contribution will be key to achieving optimal commercial outcomes that benefit Rio Tinto in the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiation and Management: Ensure robust commercial practices and maintain effective relationships with contractors.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside various stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Team Development: Lead a high-performance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Analysis and Planning: Identify risks and needs, structuring appropriate contracts and effective strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote and share best practices in contract management.
What we’re Looking For:
