Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de l'intégration des affaires – Préparation à l'ERP moderne hautement expérimenté et stratégique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle est essentiel pour faciliter une collaboration fluide entre plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes, garantissant une intégration efficace des activités dans le cadre de notre programme de transformation ERP.

Relevant du Responsable de l'intégration des affaires, vous serez appelé à :

  • Faciliter une collaboration et un engagement efficaces entre huit équipes de Propriétaires de Processus Globaux (GPO), les équipes du programme et les parties prenantes pour assurer une vue alignée des processus détaillés et de la portée de la mise en œuvre.
  • Collaborer à travers le programme pour préparer, coordonner, animer et gérer des réunions avec les parties prenantes, des ateliers (ex. : évaluations Fit-to-Standard, conception de processus détaillés) et d'autres activités d'engagement.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'engagement, en collaborant avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau pour comprendre leurs besoins et assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs du programme.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes commerciales (GPO, PG, BU) et techniques (IS&T, Données, Architectes d'entreprise, Partenaire d'intégration des systèmes) pour traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en spécifications techniques et assurer une intégration fluide entre les exigences commerciales et systémiques.
  • Identifier et gérer les dépendances et interdépendances des parties prenantes à travers le programme, surveiller et évaluer leur satisfaction, et traiter rapidement toute préoccupation.
  • Fournir des mises à jour/rendus réguliers à l'équipe de direction du programme sur l'engagement et l'alignement des parties prenantes, et gérer proactivement les risques et problèmes du volet intégration des affaires afin d'assurer les résultats du programme.

Votre contribution

  • Une vaste expérience en engagement et gestion des parties prenantes au sein d'organisations mondiales de grande envergure.
  • Une solide expérience en influence, négociation et alignement organisationnel avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau.
  • 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de programme/projet, transformation numérique, analyse/amélioration des activités et gestion du changement.
  • Une capacité à évoluer dans des environnements dynamiques et à gérer des projets complexes impliquant de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Une excellente compréhension des processus commerciaux mondiaux et de leurs interdépendances sous l'angle des personnes, des processus et de la technologie.
  • Une capacité avérée à faciliter la collaboration interfonctionnelle et à aligner les besoins commerciaux avec les solutions techniques.
  • Une approche proactive pour identifier les risques et interdépendances et traiter efficacement les préoccupations des parties prenantes.

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Business Integration Manager – Modern ERP Readiness to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating seamless collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective business integration within our ERP transformation program.

Reporting to the Business Integration Lead, you will:

Reporting to the Lead, you will:

  • Facilitate effective collaboration and engagement across eight Global Process Owner (GPO) teams, program teams, and stakeholders to drive an aligned view of detailed processes and scope for implementation.
  • Partner across the program to prepare, coordinate, lead/facilitate, and manage stakeholder meetings, workshops (e.g., Fit-to-Standard assessment workshops, detailed process design), and other engagement activities.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their requirements/needs and drive alignment with the program’s goals/objectives.
  • Collaborate across business (i.e., GPOs, PGs, BUs) and technical (i.e., IS&T, Data, Enterprise Architects, Systems Integration partner) teams to support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and enable smooth integration between business and system requirements.
  • Identify and manage stakeholder dependencies and interdependencies across the program, monitoring and assessing stakeholder satisfaction while addressing concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates/reports to the program leadership team on stakeholder engagement/alignment and proactively manage/address business integration workstream risks and issues to drive program outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • You have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and management within large-scale, global organizations.
  • You have a proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and driving organizational alignment across diverse senior stakeholders.
  • You have 7-10 years of experience in program/project management, digital transformation, business analysis/improvement, and change management.
  • You thrive in high-paced environments, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering results.
  • You have a strong understanding of global business processes and their interdependencies across people, process, and technology.
  • You excel at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and aligning business needs with technical solutions.
  • You proactively identify risks and interdependencies, addressing stakeholder concerns effectively.
