About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Senior Advisor, Change to join the Iron Ore Finance team. As a Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the successful adoption of business improvement initiatives across Iron Ore. Working closely with project and program teams, you’ll ensure changes are thoughtfully planned, well-supported, and embedded sustainably into the business.

Reporting to the Principal Change you will:

• Lead end-to-end change planning, including assessing complexity, stakeholder impacts, and risks

• Design and implement fit-for-purpose change strategies based on insights, user feedback, and impact assessments

• Define and deliver change interventions including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities

• Support leaders to lead change by coaching, equipping, and engaging them throughout delivery

• Monitor change readiness and adoption through pulse checks, lessons learned, and user sentiment

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change into overall delivery plans and timelines

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive alignment, ownership, and uptake

What you will bring

• 5+ hands on experience in planning and implementing cultural and organizational change with a broad range of stakeholders

• Deep understanding of change management methodologies and able to demonstrate applied knowledge using a structure approach to managing change

• Highly effective leadership, organisational, time management and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pace role, managing competing priorities, deliverables and stakeholders whilst maintaining autonomy and self-motivation

• Experience in contemporary change management methodologies will be viewed favourably (Lean, Agile Change, PROSCI etc)

• Proven communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships within a large complex organisation

• Demonstrated curiosity and drive for thinking differently, with an ability to identify and effectively navigate obstacles or roadblocks and respectfully challenge whist remaining empathetic and patient.

Where you'll be working

This role is based in Perth, at our head office in Central Park, working Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements.
