Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Instrumentions qui aura la charge de s’assurer de la mise en service et la maintenance des systèmes d'instrumentation et de contrôle des infrastructures critiques du site

Poste basé à Canga (Beyla), uniquement ouvert aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant de Lead, Electrical, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Entretenir, dépanner et optimiser l'instrumentation de terrain (par exemple, capteurs de pression, de débit, de niveau, de température, de vibrations et de vitesse) des circuits de concassage et de manutention, tout en s’assurant de la fiabilité et la disponibilité des systèmes d'automatisation de l'usine (PLC, SCADA, PCS) par des inspections de routine, des étalonnages et des diagnostics de pannes.
- Assurer la planification et l'exécution de la maintenance des instruments pendant les arrêts, les pannes et les activités de maintenance préventive et veiller à ce que tous les travaux d'instrumentation soient conformes aux procédures de sécurité du site, aux normes d'isolation et aux exigences réglementaires. Tenir à jour et mettre à jour la documentation relative à l'instrumentation, y compris les schémas de boucles, les schémas P&ID, les index des instruments et les registres d'étalonnage,
- Effectuer une analyse des causes profondes (RCA) et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives pour les problèmes récurrents d'instrumentation qui affectent les performances de l'usine. Collaborer avec les équipes électriques, mécaniques et de processus afin de soutenir les initiatives visant à améliorer les performances et la fiabilité de l'usine, fournir des conseils techniques et une formation sur le terrain aux techniciens nationaux, en mettant l'accent sur les pratiques de travail sécuritaires, la recherche de pannes et la compréhension du système.
- Identifier les lacunes en matière de compétences et contribuer à l'élaboration de plans de développement structurés pour les membres de l'équipe nationale. Participer aux évaluations des risques, à l'analyse des risques professionnels (JHA) et aux processus d'autorisation de travail liés aux tâches d'instrumentation. Soutenir la mise en œuvre d'outils de surveillance de l'état et de stratégies de maintenance prédictive pour les systèmes d'instrumentation,
- Surveiller et vérifier le travail effectué par les membres de l'équipe, en veillant au respect des normes et des spécifications, sensibiliser les membres de l'équipe aux risques électriques, à l'identification des risques et à l'application de l'analyse des risques professionnels (JHA), aux procédures d'isolation sécurisées et à la sécurité fonctionnelle, mais aussi identifier rapidement les comportements ou les conditions dangereux et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives et préventives
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir une licence en ingénierie de l'instrumentation, de l'électricité ou des systèmes de contrôle et disposer d’un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance d'instrumentation dans l'industrie minière/lourde, de préférence dans le secteur du minerai de fer,
- Avoir de solide connaissance des équipements fixes tels que les concasseurs, les convoyeurs, les empileurs et les récupérateurs, mais aussi de l’expérience pratique de l'instrumentation de terrain dans des environnements poussiéreux, à fortes vibrations et isolés.
- Avoir une maîtrise des systèmes PLC/SCADA (par exemple, ABB, Rockwell), de l'étalonnage de l'instrumentation et des outils de codage logiciel, ainsi qu’une connaissance des normes internationales (par exemple, AS/NZS, CEI) et des réglementations de sécurité des sites miniers.
- Avoir une capacité avérée de diriger et d’encadrer les techniciens et les spécialistes au sein d'une équipe multiculturelle et une expérience de vérification de boucle, du diagnostic des pannes et de l'assistance à la mise en service,
Avoir une excellente compétence en communication et en documentation, axée vers l'amélioration continue et le développement des équipes

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
