Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Officier Senior Site Support pour fournir un support technique et assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes informatiques d'un site spécifique, mais aussi s’impliquer dans le dépannage des problèmes matériels et logiciels, la gestion des ressources informatiques et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs finaux.

Poste basé à Conakry, ouvert aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Superviseur Site Support Conakry, il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Superviser et maintenir les normes et politiques de sécurité et garantir un environnement de travail sûr,
- Diagnostiquer, résoudre et faire remonter les incidents complexes conformément aux accords de niveau de service (SLA),
- Dispenser une formation informatique de base aux employés du site afin d'améliorer leur utilisation des technologies et de prévenir les problèmes courants, tout en participant à l'intégration des nouveaux employés, en configurant et distribuant le matériel informatique,
- Maintenir un niveau de service client élevé et garantir la satisfaction des utilisateurs,
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures informatiques, en assurant la documentation et le suivi des problèmes et les résolutions des utilisateurs via l'outil Service Desk,
- Préparer et installer le matériel informatique (postes de travail, imprimantes, smartphones, commutateurs, etc.).
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir une licence en technologies de l'information, informatique ou domaine connexe et disposer de 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en support informatique, support bureautique ou postes similaires,
- Avoir des compétences de base sur les données et applications Microsoft et Cisco, matériel et logiciels IS&T, en infrastructure informatique (LAN, TCP/IP, infrastructure de sécurité, domaines Microsoft Windows, impression réseau…) permettant d'établir un diagnostic pertinent, en matériel et logiciels IS&Tainsi qu’une expérience d'ITIL.
- Avoir de Solides connaissances des systèmes informatiques, du matériel, des logiciels et des réseaux,
- Avoir une capacité avérée à communiquer efficacement, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, avec une clientèle diversifiée, de préférence bilingue français/anglais.
Avoir une excellente capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches et à hiérarchiser efficacement les priorités, tout en fournissant un support de haute qualité afin de garantir la satisfaction des utilisateurs

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
