About the role
The Adviser Risk Management plays an important role in Cloud, Compute & Storage’s Service Delivery Management team, acting as Risk Co-Ordinator (70%) and supporting broader Service Delivery Management activities (30%) such as performance insights, business analysis and governance.
Responsibilities
Risk Coordination
-
Implement and operate a risk management practice in Cloud, Compute & Storage, ensuring compliance with assurance, audit and governance requirements.

Provide guidance to Leaders, Risk / Control / Action Owners and other team members on risk process, systems, training, practices and reporting.

Scope and facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning workshops.

Advise on risks to be disclosed and/or escalated to the next level of leadership.

Monitor and report on risk mitigation actions, escalating issues as required.

Maintain risk registers and ensure quality of information in Risk Management Information Systems.

Coordinate regular reviews of risk information with Risk Owners.

Coordinate local risk forums/agenda items (ideally embedded into existing management routines) and compile risk information and insights for leadership discussion.
Service Delivery Management Support

Service performance insights and reporting.

General business analysis / support where required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and a flexible approach to working in dynamic environments.
