Nous recherchons Un (e) Traducteur/trice en Chinois (Mandarin), Anglais et Français qui jouera un rôle essentiel en traduisant, interprétant et facilitant la communication entre des personnes parlant des langues différentes (mandarin, anglais, français) dans divers contextes et en veillant à ce que les personnes concernées se comprennent mutuellement. Bien que la traduction elle-même puisse ne pas correspondre exactement à ce que dit la personne, le traducteur doit discerner la manière dont le commentaire est censé être reçu tout en préservant l'intégrité de la conversation.
Le traducteur devra également traduire et interpréter des documents, des contenus et des plateformes électroniques entre le mandarin, le français et l'anglais. La Co facilitation, la traduction et l'interprétation verbales pendant les sessions de formation, les ateliers, les présentations et les événements sont également des exigences essentielles pour garantir que ces événements soient plus inclusifs et plus percutants.
Le poste est basé à Canga,Beyla, avec un contrat de travail local ouvert aux candidats Guinéens uniquement.
Relevant du Surintendant de la Formation, le/la Traducteur/rice aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Aider à soutenir les programmes d'apprentissage et de développement fournis à l'entreprise en co-animant et co-facilitant des leçons de formation en mandarin, anglais et français.
- Aider à soutenir toutes les sessions de formation, initiatives et programmes d'apprentissage et de développement de l'entreprise en traduisant et en interprétant des documents ou différents outils et supports nécessaires.
- Traductions écrites et interprétations pour les supports de cours (présentations de formation, évaluations, cahiers des participants, guides des animateurs et bien d'autres).
- Traductions écrites des politiques, procédures, normes et autres documents critiques pour l'entreprise, selon les demandes.
- Traductions et interprétations sur des plateformes électroniques telles que les montages multimédias, les vidéos de contenu de formation, les voix off, les podcasts, la réalité virtuelle, etc.
- Traduction et interprétation verbales lors des sessions de formation, ateliers, présentations et à tout événement demandé pour le mandarin, l'anglais et le français – garantissant que ces événements soient plus inclusifs et percutants.
- Voyager sur tous les sites de Simfer RioTinto selon les besoins – flexibilité et adaptabilité pour les déplacements ad hoc requises.
Ce que tu apporteras :
- Avoir une expérience d'au moins un (1) an en tant que traducteur ou professeur de mandarin, d'anglais et de français, avec une expérience de la traduction verbale, écrite et de la lecture.
- Bonne maîtrise de la lecture et de l'informatique – bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.) et d'Adobe Acrobat.
- Vous devez maîtriser la lecture, l'écriture et l'expression orale du mandarin, de l'anglais et du français et posséder de solides compétences en matière de communication, de relations interpersonnelles et de culture.
- La maîtrise des dialectes locaux tels que le malinké, le soussou, le poular, etc. est souhaitable.
- Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, avec la capacité de hiérarchiser les tâches et de respecter les délais.
- Un grand souci du détail et de la précision, afin d'assurer un travail de haute qualité.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale, avec un comportement professionnel et amical.
- Capacité à traiter des informations sensibles dans la plus grande confidentialité.
- Capacité avérée à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions.
- Proactivité et motivation personnelle, avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
