Buscamos un Administrativo de Recursos Humanos para apoyar al equipo de RRHH en la aplicación de los distintos procesos y sistemas del área.
Este rol representa una excelente oportunidad para trabajar con un equipo colaborativo, continuar tu desarrollo como generalista en un entorno dinámico y desafiante, y brindar soporte tanto en proyectos presenciales como remotos.
Reportando al Líder de HR de Experiencia de Personas, tus responsabilidades serán:

Colaborar con diversos actores internos para optimizar los servicios al cliente relacionados con los distintos procesos de RRHH.

Brindar soporte administrativo de RRHH a una variedad de clientes en Sudamérica.
-
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los datos en el sistema de RRHH y actualizar las estructuras organizacionales.
-
Procesar cambios en el sistema de información de RRHH (HRIS), como contrataciones y actualizaciones salariales, y mantener los archivos de personal.
-
Registrar y asignar tareas de RRHH en los distintos sistemas HRIS.
-
Preparar y presentar informes nuevos y existentes utilizando Excel o Power BI.
-
Facilitar el cambio y mejorar nuestros procesos de RRHH.
-
Tomar iniciativas y encontrar formas de optimizar y facilitar las tareas diarias.

Alcanzar los resultados individuales y organizacionales deseados mediante la cooperación y el respeto por los valores.
Lo que necesitas para este rol
Para tener éxito en este rol, deberás contar con:

Compromiso con la seguridad propia y del equipo.

Título universitario en RRHH o campo relacionado.
-
Más de 2 años de experiencia relevante en RRHH.
-
Amplia experiencia con MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); experiencia con SAP es beneficioso.
-
Fuertes habilidades de priorización, planificación, multitarea y gestión del tiempo.
-
Capacidad para tomar iniciativa y trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
-
Experiencia en monitoreo e interpretación de legislación laboral y marcos regulatorios en evolución es altamente deseable.
-
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés; el portugués es altamente deseable.
-
Experiencia en la implementación de proyectos de RRHH.

About the role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to assist the Human Resources team in applying the different HR processes and systems.
This role is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team and continue your development as a skilled generalist in a fast paced and challenging work environment and support broader project work onsite and remotely.
Reporting to the HR Team Lead People Experience, you will be:

Working together with several internal stakeholders to optimize customer services that deal with the different HR processes.
-
Providing Administrative HR support for a variety of clients based in South America.
-
Ensuring data compliance in the HR system and updating the organizational structures.
-
Processing appropriate HRIS (HR Information System) changes (hires, salary updates) and maintain employee personnel files.
-
Tracking and assigning HR tasks within varies HRIS systems.
-
Preparation and delivery of both new and existing reports utilizing Excel or Power BI.
-
Facilitating change and improving our HR processes .
-
Taking initiatives and finding ways to optimize and facilitate daily tasks.
-
Achieving desired individual and organizational results through cooperation and respect for values.
What you will need for this role
To succeed in this role, you will have:

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
-
2+ years of relevant experience, HR experience.
-
Extensive experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), experience with SAP beneficial.

Strong skills in prioritization, planning, multi-tasking, and time management.
-
Ability to take initiative and work independently and as part of a team.
-
Experience monitoring and interpreting evolving labor legislation and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
-
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, Portuguese is highly desirable.

Experience delivering HR projects.
