Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) partenaire d'affaires, Approvisionnement du site / coordonnateur(trice) de site pour agir en tant que partenaire stratégique des achats, soutenant le développement commercial et l’excellence opérationnelle sur les sites RTP. Optimiser les dépenses, piloter la performance des fournisseurs, garantir la conformité aux processus achats de Rio Tinto, contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue de la BU, et assurer une gestion proactive des parties prenantes.
Relevant du partenaire d'affaires principal(e), RTA et travaillant au sein d’une communauté collaborative, d’un environnement stimulant et intéressant, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :

Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie achats pour les entités RTP (Voreppe & St Jean de Maurienne).

Intégrer la stratégie achats du siège canadien, incluant RSE et évaluation fournisseurs.
-
Gérer les appels d’offres complexes (CAPEX), négociations contractuelles et panels fournisseurs.
-
Planifier les budgets annuels et coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes.
-
Rationaliser les panels fournisseurs et qualifier les fournisseurs selon la stratégie globale.
-
Superviser le management de catégorie et la gestion de projets pour les produits récurrents et projets stratégiques.
-
Gérer les relations fournisseurs, les réclamations et les négociations juridiques (notamment propriété intellectuelle et droit des contrats).

Présence requise : Minimum 1 jour/semaine sur site à Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, le reste au bureau de Voreppe, avec possibilité de télétravail ponctuel.

Gestion des parties prenantes : Cartographier, engager et coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes (direction de site, département, fournisseurs, siège canadien, juridique) pour garantir l’alignement des objectifs, la fluidité des communications et la réussite des projets achats.

Bac+3 minimum en achats, commerce, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.

Expérience de 10 ans minimum en achats, idéalement en environnement industriel ou R&D.

Compétences avérées en négociation, notamment sur les aspects juridiques et propriété intellectuelle.

Expérience en qualification fournisseurs, analyse de risques, cartographie et gestion des parties prenantes.
-
Maîtrise des outils achats, gestion des contrats, et RSE.

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Vision stratégique : aligner les achats sur les objectifs business, gérer les risques/opportunités.

Gestion des parties prenantes : aptitude à engager, influencer et coordonner efficacement tous les acteurs du périmètre achats.

About the role

We are looking for a Site Procurement Business Partner / Site Coordinator to act as a strategic procurement partner, supporting commercial development and operational excellence across RTP sites. Optimize spending, drive supplier performance, ensure compliance with Rio Tinto procurement processes, actively contribute to continuous improvement within the business unit, and proactively manage stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, RTA and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment, you will:

Define and implement procurement strategy for RTP entities (Voreppe & St Jean de Maurienne).

Integrate top-down procurement strategy from Canadian HQ, including RSE and supplier evaluation.

Manage complex tenders (CAPEX), contract negotiations, and supplier panels.

Plan annual budgets and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
-
Rationalise supplier panels and qualify suppliers per global strategies.
-
Oversee category management and project management for recurring products and strategic projects.

Manage supplier relationships, claims, and legal negotiations (especially IP and contract law).

Presence required: Minimum 1 day/week on site at Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, remainder at Voreppe office, with occasional remote work possible.

Stakeholder management: Map, engage, and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (site management, departments, suppliers, Canadian HQ, legal) to ensure alignment of objectives, smooth communication, and successful procurement projects.
What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, engineering, or related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement, ideally in industrial or R&D environments.

Strong negotiation skills, especially in legal and IP matters.

Experience in supplier qualification, risk analysis, stakeholder mapping and management.
-
Familiarity with procurement tools, contract management, and RSE.

Fluent in French and English

Strategic vision: align procurement with business objectives, manage risks/opportunities.

Stakeholder management: ability to engage, influence, and coordinate all actors in the procurement scope.

Rio Tinto ATS (Aluminum Technology Solutions) designs and industrializes innovative solutions for the production of Primary Aluminum within its departments based in Voreppe and Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.
Within Rio Tinto ATS, the Automation and Advanced Technologies team develops, delivers, and supports the integrated control and supervision solution ALPSYS for electrolysis cells used in aluminum plants, both within and outside the Rio Tinto group. The team also develops, in partnership with ELYSIS, the process control for the new electrolysis technology.
