Buscamos Supervisor/a de Almacén para coordinar el equipo y las operaciones del almacén, garantizando la estandarización y cumplimiento de las tareas.
Esta es una excelente oportunidad para que un perfil experimentado pueda sumarse al equipo de Almacén de nuestra operación de Sal de Vida.
Valoramos habilidades analíticas, buena capacidad de planificación/organización, autonomía, orientación a resultados y al cliente interno.
La posición requiere disponibilidad para trabajar con modalidad de ciclos 14×14 en el Salar de Hombre Muerto.
Al trabajar bajo el liderazgo del jefe de Almacén y junto al equipo, podrá:
- Realizar el control de stock de Materias Primas, insumos críticos, repuestos e insumos menores y generación de reportes diarios, mensuales
- Realizar controles de Equipos de Seguridad.
- Cumplir las normas de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente
- Supervisar las tareas ejecutadas por el equipo interno y por los contratistas que dan soporte en el sector
- Redactar, revisar y hacer seguimiento periódico de los procedimientos de Almacén.
- Realizar charlas de capacitación a los operadores de Almacén.
Información sobre usted
- Un compromiso con su seguridad y la de su equipo.
- Formación: Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Económicas.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de almacenes en plantas industriales de envergadura.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Excel avanzado, SAP, Power BI).
- Habilidades de liderazgo de equipos de trabajo, comunicación efectiva, capacidad de autonomía y orientación a resultados.
