Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) Santé chargé(e) de fournir une expertise technique et un appui opérationnel afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre efficace des programmes de gestion de la santé sur l’ensemble des opérations du site. Le rôle vise à protéger et à améliorer la santé de la main-d’œuvre, à garantir la conformité aux standards Santé et Sécurité de Rio Tinto, et à promouvoir l’amélioration continue en matière de santé au travail, de bien‑être et de gestion des risques sanitaires.
Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les Opérations, les équipes HSE, les services médicaux, les Ressources Humaines ainsi que les sous‑traitants afin d’identifier de manière proactive, de gérer et de réduire les risques pour la santé associés aux activités minières.

Poste basé à Canga, ouvert aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Surintendant(e) Santé, Il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous :
Conseil Technique & Appui Opérationnel
- Fournir une expertise technique et un accompagnement pratique aux leaders, superviseurs et équipes terrain sur les risques de santé au travail, les mesures de contrôle et les bonnes pratiques.
- Soutenir l’interprétation et l’application des standards Santé de Rio Tinto, SIMFER et des exigences réglementaires dans les environnements opérationnels, y compris la participation aux évaluations des risques santé (HHRA, SEG).
Aptitude au Travail & Bien‑être (Fitness for Work)
- Apporter un appui opérationnel sur la gestion de la fatigue, l’alcool et autres drogues (AoD), le stress thermique et les programmes d’hydratation.
- Promouvoir l’identification précoce et la gestion proactive des risques liés au bien‑être, à la santé mentale et à la sécurité psychosociale.
Surveillance de la Santé & Évaluations
- Réaliser ou coordonner les activités de surveillance santé : fit tests respiratoires et auditifs, évaluations ergonomiques, stress thermique et inspections de santé au travail.
- Appuyer les programmes de surveillance médicale en collaboration avec les prestataires médicaux.
Programmes de Santé & Sensibilisation
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre des campagnes de sensibilisation santé, causeries et formations ciblées sur les risques prioritaires.
- Contribuer au déploiement et à l’amélioration continue des programmes clés (paludisme, VIH/TB, stress thermique, fatigue et AoD, hygiène).
Engagement Terrain & Évaluations
- Conduire des évaluations santé sur site, des causeries et des activités d’engagement terrain axées sur les risques et contrôles opérationnels.
- Réaliser les fit tests respiratoires et auditifs ainsi que les évaluations ergonomiques, et recommander des améliorations pratiques.
Données, Reporting & Amélioration Continue
- Analyser les données et tendances santé afin d’identifier les risques émergents et les opportunités d’amélioration.
- Préparer des rapports et tableaux de bord santé pour soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données.
Assurance, Conformité & Investigations
- Réaliser des audits, inspections et vérifications de conformité santé par rapport aux exigences internes et réglementaires.
- Participer aux enquêtes liées aux incidents ou expositions santé, et soutenir la conformité des sous‑traitants.
Engagement des Parties Prenantes
- Développer et maintenir des relations de travail étroites avec les Opérations, HSE, Médical, RH et les sous‑traitants.
- Assurer un rôle de conseil et de coaching auprès des superviseurs et équipes terrain sur la gestion des risques santé, et assurer la liaison avec les prestataires externes et autorités si nécessaire.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau licence en sciences de la santé, santé au travail, santé publique, soins infirmiers ou domaine connexe, avec une bonne connaissance des cadres législatifs, standards et référentiels santé en milieu industriel.
- Avoir 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de préférence dans un environnement minier, de construction ou d’industrie lourde, incluant la réalisation d’évaluations santé, d’audits, d’inspections terrain et d’activités d’engagement de la main‑d’œuvre.
- Démontrer une solide expertise en santé au travail appliquée, notamment dans l’identification et le contrôle des risques santé sur le terrain, ainsi qu’une capacité à analyser les données et à traduire les résultats en actions pratiques.
- Faire preuve d’excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et influence, avec la capacité d’interagir efficacement au sein d’équipes multiculturelles et transversales, tout en incarnant un haut niveau d’intégrité personnelle et de leadership en matière de sécurité.
- Posséder un fort sens du professionnalisme, de la confidentialité et du détail, une capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome tout en contribuant à des équipes pluridisciplinaires, un esprit d’initiative orienté amélioration continue, ainsi qu’un permis de conduire (souhaité) pour les activités terrain.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
