About the role
We are looking for a Reward Principal Advisor with deep expertise in Reward design to support a portfolio of strategic initiatives over a 12‑month period. This role focuses on shaping and evolving executive reward architecture to support business strategy, performance outcomes and leadership retention.
Operating as a senior technical advisor, you will bring strong judgement, market insight and design capability to complex executive reward questions.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated Reward specialist who enjoys working at the front end of design — setting direction, testing options and developing solutions.
Working in a collaborative Reward community, a challenging and exciting environment, you will:

Act as a principal technical expert on Reward design, providing leadership on structure, calibration and differentiation of executive pay outcomes.

Lead the design and evolution of pay and incentive architectures, policies and market-competitive reward strategies to support retention, differentiation and integration activities.

Apply deep market insight and external best practice to inform design choices, trade‑offs and future‑looking options.

Partner closely with senior Reward leaders, Finance and HR to align design with business strategy, financial outcomes and talent priorities.

Develop high‑quality design materials, papers and recommendations to support senior decision‑making on Reward structure and approach.

Provide technical coaching and challenge to Reward SMEs and advisors, lifting overall capability and design maturity across the team.
About you

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

Extensive experience in Reward design, ideally in a large, complex listed organisation

Strong technical grounding across executive pay architecture, incentive design, performance frameworks and market benchmarking.

Proven ability to shape and evaluate Reward design options, balancing competitiveness, affordability, performance alignment and stakeholder expectations.

Confidence operating as a senior advisor, influencing outcomes through expertise.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex reward problems into clear, pragmatic design solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate reward design thinking clearly and credibly to senior stakeholders.

Solid project management capability, including planning, risk management, governance and change delivery – will be highly regarded.

Nous cherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) principal(e), Rémunération, ayant une profonde expertise de la conception de la rémunération, afin de soutenir un portefeuille d’initiatives stratégiques sur une période de 12 mois. Ce poste vise à façonner et à faire évoluer l’architecture de la rémunération des cadres dirigeants en vue d’appuyer la stratégie de l’entreprise, les résultats en matière de performance et la fidélisation de la direction.
Agissant à titre de conseiller ou de conseillère technique senior, vous mettrez à profit votre solide jugement, votre fine connaissance du marché et vos capacités en matière de conception pour faire avancer des questions complexes de rémunération des cadres dirigeants.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un(e) spécialiste en rémunération motivé(e) qui aime travailler en amont du processus de conception : définir les orientations, tester différentes options et élaborer des solutions.
En travaillant dans une communauté Reward collaborative, dans un environnement stimulant et excitant, vous allez :

Jouer le rôle d’expert(e) technique principal(e) en matière de conception de la rémunération, en assurant la direction des travaux relatifs à la structure, à la calibration et à la différenciation des résultats en matière de rémunération des cadres dirigeants.

Diriger la conception et l’évolution des architectures de rémunération et d’incitation, des politiques et des stratégies de rémunération compétitives sur le marché afin de soutenir les activités de fidélisation, de différenciation et d’intégration.

Mettre à profit une connaissance approfondie du marché et les meilleures pratiques externes pour éclairer les choix de conception, les compromis et les options tournées vers l’avenir.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de la haute direction de la Rémunération, des Finances et des RH pour aligner la conception sur la stratégie d’entreprise, les résultats financiers et les priorités en matière de talents.

Élaborer des documents de conception, des notes de synthèse et des recommandations de grande qualité afin d’étayer les décisions de la haute direction concernant la structure et l’approche en matière de rémunération.

Fournir un accompagnement technique aux spécialistes et aux conseillers et conseillères de la Rémunération et les mettre au défi, afin d’améliorer les capacités globales et la maturité de la conception au sein de l’équipe.

Solide expérience en conception de la rémunération, de préférence au sein d’une grande entreprise cotée en bourse à la structure complexe.

Solides connaissances techniques en matière d’architecture de rémunération des cadres dirigeants, de conception des programmes incitatifs, de cadres de performance et d’analyse comparative du marché.

Capacité avérée à élaborer et à évaluer différentes options de conception de la rémunération, en trouvant le juste équilibre entre compétitivité, abordabilité, alignement sur la performance et attentes des parties prenantes.

Confiance en tant que conseiller(ère) senior, capable d’influencer les résultats grâce à son expertise.

Solides compétences analytiques, et capacité à transformer des problèmes complexes liés à la rémunération en solutions de conception claires et pragmatiques.

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, et capacité d’exposer de manière claire et convaincante les principes de conception de la rémunération aux parties prenantes de haut niveau.

Solides compétences en gestion de projets, notamment en matière de planification, de gestion des risques, de gouvernance et de mise en œuvre du changement — un atout fortement recherché.
