About the role
We are looking for a Principal Adviser Service Delivery to join our Enterprise Platforms & Services team. This role will act as a trusted adviser to the business, partnering closely with Exploration stakeholders to understand priorities, shape demand, and ensure IS&T services are aligned to business objectives and deliver value.
This is a great opportunity for a strategic and relationship-driven leader to shape technology outcomes while leading governance and portfolio delivery across a global, complex environment.
Reporting to the Manager Service Delivery Management and working in a collaborative, global environment within IS&T, you will:

Act as the primary IS&T interface, building strong stakeholder relationships and shaping demand aligned to Exploration priorities

Own the integrated IS&T portfolio roadmap, enabling clear governance, decision-making, and risk management

Partner with Exploration and IS&T teams to deliver prioritised technology solutions and maximise value from investments
-
Oversee demand, financials, and execution of the Exploration project portfolio to support robust investment outcomes
-
Drive portfolio performance through governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Lead and develop a high-performing team while engaging across IS&T functions (Architecture, Cyber, Operations) to ensure secure, scalable delivery

À propos du poste
Nous cherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) principal(e), Gestion de la prestation de services, pour se joindre à notre équipe Plateformes et services d’entreprise. La personne titulaire de ce poste jouera le rôle de conseiller ou conseillère de confiance auprès de l’entreprise et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l’Exploration afin de cerner les priorités, de définir la demande et de veiller à ce que les services des S&TI soient alignés sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et apportent une valeur ajoutée.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un ou une leader stratégique et axé(e) sur les relations de façonner les résultats technologiques tout en pilotant la gouvernance et la mise en œuvre du portefeuille dans un environnement mondial complexe.
Relevant du ou de la chef de service, Gestion de la prestation de services, et travaillant dans un environnement mondial collaboratif au sein des S&TI, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

Agir comme principale interface des S&TI, établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes et définir la demande en fonction des priorités de l’Exploration.

S’approprier la feuille de route du portefeuille intégré des S&TI, afin d’assurer une gouvernance, une prise de décision et une gestion des risques claires.

Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes de l’Exploration et des S&TI afin de mettre en œuvre les solutions technologiques prioritaires et de maximiser la valeur des investissements.

Superviser la demande, les aspects financiers et l’exécution du portefeuille de projets de l’Exploration afin de favoriser des résultats d’investissement solides.

Optimiser la performance du portefeuille grâce à des initiatives en matière de gouvernance, de production de rapports et d’amélioration continue.

Diriger et développer une équipe hautement performante tout en collaborant avec les différentes fonctions des S&TI (Architecture, Cybersécurité, Opérations) afin d’assurer une prestation sûre et évolutive.
