Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Représentant des opérations – Réseau électrique haute tension pour combler un rôle dans l’équipe des Services Ingénierie chez Rio Tinto.
L’organisation des Services Ingénierie de Rio Tinto Aluminium réalise des projets d’une envergure monétaire variée pouvant aller jusqu’à plusieurs dizaines de millions de dollars. Nous accompagnons nos clients internes de l’idée jusqu’à la réalisation complète du projet.
Ce poste constitue une excellente occasion de mettre en place et coordonner les équipes intégrées nécessaires à la réalisation des projets de son secteur (chargé de projet, surveillant de chantier, firme d’ingénierie, entrepreneur et intervenants clés des usines) pour une enveloppe d’une envergure de plusieurs millions de dollars. Nous recherchons des gens qui ont l’intérêt et le potentiel afin de progresser éventuellement dans des postes de gestion d’équipe ou de projets majeurs.
Vous relèverez du ou de la Surveillant(e) principal(e) Ingénierie et vous aurez les tâches suivantes :
- Participe activement au processus d’approbation interne des projets
- Valide la justification du projet collaboration avec les experts de domaine.
- Recueille les exigences de projet auprès des utilisateurs de la production, de la maintenance, des fonctions SSE, Finance et RH ainsi que des autres parties prenantes au projet en vue de définir les critères de conception de la solution retenue.
- Identifie les membres de l’équipe usine et technique qui feront partie de l’équipe intégrée en collaboration avec le promoteur et fait voir les enjeux de disponibilité des ressources.
- Participe aux rencontres et livrables à chaque étape clé et selon les livrables du cadre de réalisation de projet.
- Valide la sélection des équipements et les documents techniques du projet avec les intervenants clés.
- Participe à l’élaboration du plan de démarrage des opérations lors des phases préparatoires et assure le suivi des actions lors des phases d’exécution et de démarrage (S’assure que l’organisation est prête à recevoir le projet)
- Supporte l’équipe projet dans la coordination des relations entre l’opération et le projet pendant la construction
- Responsable de la coordination des activités de démarrage des équipements.
- Valide que les projets répondent aux livrables ainsi qu’aux objectifs fixés.
- Supporte le promoteur dans la gestion de l’enveloppe projets

- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Diplôme d’études universitaire ou technique en génie électrique ou tout autre domaine connexe
- Faire preuve de leadership et d’esprit d’équipe
- Très bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à traiter plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Maitriser le français à l’oral et à l’écrit et connaissance de base de l’anglais. Rio Tinto est une entreprise mondiale et les fonctions de ce poste pourraient exigés une collaboration avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec.

Rio Tinto Aluminium est présent au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 100 ans. Dans la région, nos installations comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida, le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port. Nos usines d’électrolyse à la fine pointe de la technologie produisent de l’aluminium certifié « responsable ».
