Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Conseiller (ère) en environnement passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal possédera une expertise technique solide, un sens aigu du leadership et une capacité à collaborer efficacement avec divers intervenants, y compris les représentants du gouvernement afin de faire progresser notre culture en matière environnementale.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion de contribuer au développement environnemental des opérations.

Relevant du Partenaire d’affaires santé, sécurité, environnement, sureté industrielle et sécurité de procédé et travaillant au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire du secteur Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Fournir un support technique en matière d’environnement aux équipes d’opérations;
- Collaborer avec nos équipes internes et nos partenaires externes pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions environnementales innovantes;
- Diriger et participer à des initiatives environnementales pour améliorer la performance durable de l’entreprise;
- Assurer la conformité environnementale de nos opérations et de nos projets selon nos normes internes, locales, nationales et internationales;
- Développer et maintenir des relations positives avec les représentants des gouvernements et les organismes de réglementation;
- Rédiger des rapports techniques et des documents de conformité;
- Participer à des audits environnementaux et à des inspections de site.
Votre contribution
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe;
- Diplôme universitaire en environnement ou tout autre domaine connexe ou autre diplôme combiné avec une expérience en environnement;
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en environnement, de préférence dans un rôle de support aux opérations;
- Solide connaissance des réglementations environnementales et des meilleures pratiques industrielles;
- Expérience en relations avec les gouvernements et les organismes de réglementation;
- Capacité démontrée à diriger des projets et à travailler efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires;
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler sous pression;

Il est l’un des principaux fabricants de matières premières de dioxyde de titane, couramment utilisé comme pigment pour fabriquer des finis blancs de qualité supérieure. L’entreprise est un chef de file mondial pour les produits de poudres métalliques de haute pureté. Il produit également du fer et de l’acier destinés à des applications hautement spécialisées, notamment dans les domaines de l’industrie automobile et de l’énergie éolienne.
