Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste- entretien qui pourra planifier et superviser avec précision l’exécution de travaux cruciaux sur les équipements renfermant des matériaux réfractaires, élaborer des méthodes de travail novatrices, assurer un contrôle qualité précis et influencer activement les décisions stratégiques pour l’avenir de la compagnie.

Sous la responsabilité du Coordonnateur, Entretien, le(a) Spécialiste, Entretien travaille à :
- Planifier l’exécution des travaux sur tous les équipements contenant du matériel réfractaire (bruleurs, paniers, poches de coulées, KOBM, structure.
- Être la référence au niveau technique réfractaire pour l’aciérie
- Élaborer et faire la mise à jour des méthodes de travail normalisé du département
- Responsable de planifier, de faire la mise en œuvre et le suivie des essaies de matériaux réfractaires
- Élaborer le budget des équipements du département
- Responsable du contrôle qualité et de la construction du convertisseur
- Responsable de l’approvisionnement des tous les matériaux réfractaires
- Responsable de l’exécution des contrôle critique (CADS) relié aux épaisseurs des revêtements réfractaires.
- Responsable de la mise en œuvre et du respect des normes d’inspection selon l’AISE des contenants ayant des revêtements réfractaires.
- Responsable du suivie et des réparations des fermeture a tiroir des poches de coulées
- Participer aux enquêtes lors d’évènement PSM.
- Établir, justifier et mettre en place les projets d’amélioration selon un plan 5 ans
- Gestion et contact principal des fournisseurs des matériaux réfractaires
- Implication dans la planification et l’exécution des travaux de l’arrêt annuel
- Rôle d’influence pour les décisions concernant les campagnes du convertisseur
Votre contribution
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe;
- Diplôme d’études collégiales, baccalauréat en ingénierie ou autre diplôme combiné à expérience pertinente;
- Connaissance de l’aciérage;
- Connaissance de SAP et du processus d’approvisionnement;
- Ouverture d’esprit;
- Bonne capacité de travailler avec différents intervenants;
- Être bien organisé(e);
- Connaissance du réfractaire est un atout
