Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Partenaire d’affaires – Ressources humaines pour supporter un ou des sites opérationnels au niveau du Saguenay Lac-St-Jean.

Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion d’agir à titre de partenaire stratégique pour appuyer de manière proactive l’organisation en vue de définir, de réaliser et d’améliorer l’efficacité organisationnelle et l’engagement des employés.

Relevant du Partenaire d’affaire Ressources humaines Opérations Québec et travaillant selon un horaire standard de jour, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

  • Transcrire la stratégie d’affaires en stratégie RH, en mettant en œuvre les solutions et les politiques RH appropriées;
  • Participer activement aux comités de direction dans le but d’influencer et de supporter efficacement les parties prenantes opérationnelles;
  • Identifier les opportunités et les risques relatifs à l’organisation (développement organisationnel, gestion de talents, engagement, relations de travail) et piloter les stratégies d’améliorations;
  • Encadrer et soutenir les responsables des équipes supportant les opérations afin de les aider à assumer leurs responsabilités en matière de leadership et de renforcer leurs aptitudes/compétences;
  • Montrer l’exemple en tant qu’ambassadeur(drice) de notre culture organisationnelle ; conduire le changement en s’associant aux chefs de services et à d’autres groupes internes pour gérer de manière proactive les changements ayant un impact sur les membres de l’organisation
  • S’assurer que la prestation de conseils et de services stratégiques et opérationnels à tous les gestionnaires et employés est conforme aux politiques et pratiques de l’organisation;
  • Travailler en partenariat et en collaboration avec l’équipe des Ressources humaines (partenaire d’affaires et conseillers RH) tout en supportant les opérations, les services aux personnes (exploitations régionales), les différents domaines d’expertise afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre de qualité quant aux Stratégie RH et aux exigences locales et régionales;
  • Piloter la planification stratégique de main d’œuvre de son site dans un souci d’amélioration de la productivité, d’efficience organisationnelle et d’adéquation des compétences;

Votre contribution

Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :

  • Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
  • Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou autre formation connexe
  • 10 ans d’expérience minimum, avec des aptitudes prouvées en tant que praticien RH généraliste en environnement industriel
  • Bases solides en développement organisationnel, gestion de talents et développement des compétences et relations de travail
  • Aptitudes en communication, gestion de changement et gestion de projet
  • Orientation résultats, capacité d’analyse et esprit d’équipe

Emplacement du poste

Rio Tinto Aluminium est présent au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean depuis plus de 100 ans. Dans la région, nos installations comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida, le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port. Nos usines d’électrolyse à la fine pointe de la technologie produisent de l’aluminium certifié « responsable ».
