Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Principal(e) de la Salle de Contrôle Centralisée (SCC). La personne agira à titre de propriétaire du Plan Directeur de Production (PdP) et de la Halle des fours des Opérations Primaires de RTFT. Ses responsabilités incluent la coordination inter-usines ainsi que l’adaptation journalière des plans de production et d’entretien en fonction des différents enjeux, afin de garantir la réalisation du PdP. Ce poste offre une vision globale de RTFT, permettant d’influencer toutes les équipes de travail pour atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle et l’objectif de zéro incident en matière de sécurité.
Vous occuperez un poste de Coordonnateur Principal de relève, qui inclut le poste Coordonnateur de la Halle, selon un horaire de 12h rotatif (jour, nuit, 3-2-2-3). Vous relèverez du Surintendant de la SCC au sein du département du Traitement des Produits. Vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Être le responsable fonctionnel du bon déroulement des activités de la Salle de Contrôle Centralisée,
- Agir comme propriétaire de la Halle des Fours ainsi que du PdP approuvé par le comité de gestion;
- Coordonner les activités-inter-usines du PdP de manière à maximiser la production des fours de réduction; la valeur des produits de la fonte et de la scorie de titane et l’efficacité des travaux de maintenance et de la main-d’œuvre.
- Approuver les modifications clés au PdP recommandées par les Superviseurs de Quart des usines afin de garantir la cohérence avec les priorités du complexe métallurgique.;
- Collaborer avec les superviseurs de Quart pour élaborer des solutions mutuellement satisfaisantes au PdP, en tenant compte des conditions locales des usines et globales à RTFT;
- Surveiller l’ensemble des opérations afin d’identifier les enjeux. Prendre le leadership afin que des actions se réalisent avant que ces enjeux n’impactent la chaine de création de valeur;
- Prendre le leadership inter-usines en cas de crise pour un retour à la normale le plus vite possible;
- Appliquer les plus hauts standards en termes de gestion, d’opération et de la sécurité;
En plus de votre rôle sur les horaires rotatifs, vous devrez faire preuve de flexibilité et d’autonomie en période de relève pour assurer votre développement personnel et celui de la SCC. Votre autonomie sera cruciale pour prendre des initiatives et résoudre les enjeux de gestion inter-usines. Vous serez en relation directe avec la direction des usines, assurant une bonne communication et une collaboration efficace. Le développement de vos compétences sera constant de manière à faire progresser votre rôle et celui de la SCC pour améliorer la performance de RTFT. En somme, ce poste demande une capacité à se développer professionnellement tout en étant capable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes.

RTFT transforme du minerai du nord du Québec depuis 70 ans. Il est l’un des principaux fabricants de matières premières de dioxyde de titane, couramment utilisé comme pigment pour fabriquer des finis blancs de qualité supérieure. L’entreprise est un chef de file mondial pour les produits de poudres métalliques de haute pureté. Il produit également du fer et de l’acier destinés à des applications hautement spécialisées, notamment dans les domaines de l’industrie automobile et de l’énergie éolienne. RTFT offre des possibilités de carrières intéressantes à ses installations minières à Havre-Saint-Pierre et à son Complexe métallurgique à Sorel-Tracy.
