Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Partenaire d’affaires Finance qui pourra faire valoir les meilleures pratiques d’affaires répondant aux objectifs visés par le complexe industriel de Sorel-Tracy et par la direction de RTFT
Ce poste constitue une excellente occasion d’être un partenaire stratégique du site en support aux activités de production, soient plus précisément la coordination des finances dont le contrôle des coûts et les prévisions budgétaires, la validation des justifications de projets en capitaux, la coordination des activités du site en matière d’amélioration des affaires. Vous aurez la chance d’être près des opérations, de prendre part aux décisions et influencer les parties prenantes. Vous relèverez du Partenaire d’affaires Finance (Directeur) et vous aurez les tâches suivantes:
- Comprendre les principaux leviers de coûts, être pleinement intégré aux opérations de façon à améliorer la prise de décision et développer nos gestionnaires en matière de gestion de coûts.
- Effectuer la fermeture des mois, faire le reporting associé, aider le secteur et la direction dans le contrôle des coûts et préparer les budgets et prévisions.
- Développer les outils de gestion visant l’amélioration de la position financière de l’organisation ainsi que l’assignation des coûts aux bonnes activités.
- Suivi des coûts avec les gestionnaires du secteur et participation au tableau de bord hebdomadaire.
- Supporter l’approche d’amélioration des affaires et la démarche Lean.
- Effectuer l’évaluation financière des projets d’investissements et de création de valeur en collaboration avec les gestionnaires.
- Maintenir un portfolio unique d’opportunités d’amélioration, collaborer aux ateliers de priorisation et de suivi d’échéancier.
- Répondre aux besoins d’analyses ad hoc.
Votre contribution
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes:
- Baccalauréat en administration, finance ou comptabilité;
- Habiletés à travailler en équipe et bonne capacité d‘influence afin de promouvoir les valeurs privilégiées de l’entreprise et être axé sur la création de valeur;
- Faire preuve de polyvalence.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois;
- Aptitude à communiquer verbalement et par écrit (anglais/français) avec différents clients internes et collaborateurs externes.
- Maitrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel, Power point)
Atouts:
- Connaissance des méthodes d’améliorations des affaires (Six Sigma/LEAN).
- Connaissance des logiciels SAP et Power BI.
- Titre comptable professionnel (CPA)

Emplacement du poste
RTFT transforme du minerai du nord du Québec depuis 70 ans. Il est l’un des principaux fabricants de matières premières de dioxyde de titane, couramment utilisé comme pigment pour fabriquer des finis blancs de qualité supérieure. L’entreprise est un chef de file mondial pour les produits de poudres métalliques de haute pureté. Il produit également du fer et de l’acier destinés à des applications hautement spécialisées, notamment dans les domaines de l’industrie automobile et de l’énergie éolienne. RTFT offre des possibilités de carrières intéressantes à ses installations minières à Havre-Saint-Pierre et à son Complexe métallurgique à Sorel-Tracy.
