Nous sommes à la recherche d’un professionnel dynamique et passionné pour occuper le poste d’un Agent(e) Ressources Humaines – Avantages sociaux. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe RH, vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer activement à la gestion des avantages sociaux, de collaborer avec divers départements et de jouer un rôle essentiel dans le développement de notre culture d’entreprise. Ce poste constitue une excellente occasion de contribuer au développement des compétences des gestionnaires et prodiguer des conseils, du soutien et de l’encadrement relativement à l’application des politiques et des programmes de relations avec les employés, de rémunération, et d’avantages sociaux. Travaillant selon un horaire de 5 jours de travail par semaine et relevant directement du Chef d’equipe des avantages sociaux, le titulaire du poste devra :
- Assister les gestionnaires RH et les partenaires d’affaires dans les activités annuelles récurrentes, telles que la révision des salaires, la gestion des avantages sociaux, etc;
- Supporter les employés, les membres des équipes RH et les gestionnaires dans le processus de prise de retraite ainsi que tout ce qui a trait à la gestion des avantages sociaux;
- Remplir la documentation nécessaire relative à la gestion de la rémunération, la gestion des avantages sociaux;
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités de simplification des processus RH;
- Soutenir les initiatives de gestion du changement liées à l’intégration de nouveaux outils et processus RH;
- Donner des conseils sur les politiques et les procédures de ressources humaines concernant les questions touchants aux avantages sociaux des employés cadres et syndiqués;
- Recueillir et analyser des données de ressources humaines, produire des rapports connexes et les présenter aux partenaires d’affaires et leaders des ressources humaines;
- Supporter les transactions reliées à la gestion des ressources humaines dans les systèmes afin de maintenir l’exactitude des données.
Votre contribution
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou l’équivalent, avec une ouverture aux profils administratifs/ technique ;
- Capacité avérée à établir des relations efficaces avec l’équipe et les intervenants ;
- Antécédents démontrant une capacité à atteindre des résultats, une attitude positive, faire preuve de minutie et d’un grand sens de l’ogranisation, et une bonne gestion des priorités
- Expérience et expertise technique en ressources humaines ;
- Connaissance approfondie sur la gestion des avantages sociaux sera considéré comme un atout ;
- Excellente maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, Word et Outlook) ;
- Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, avec une connaissance de base de l’anglais. Rio Tinto étant une entreprise mondiale, ce poste pourrait impliquer une collaboration avec des collègues, des équipes ou des partenaires basés à l’extérieur du Québec.
