À propos du poste
L’équipe d’environnement est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de projets qui pourra pour participer à la gestion et à l’exécution efficace d’un portefeuille de projets d’une valeur de 250 M$, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Surintendant projets environnement. L’équipe de gestion de projet doit mener à bien les projets en respectant la portée, la qualité, le budget et les échéanciers définis. Le titulaire du poste exercera ses fonctions à Sept-Îles.
Ce poste constitue une excellente occasion de coordonner les activités d’ingénieries et l’exécution de correctifs environnementaux tout au long de la durée de vie d’un projet ainsi que de fournir du soutien technique aux parties prenantes à l’égard du budget et des progrès de projets. Vous travaillerez selon un horaire de 40h et relèverez du Surintendant projet environnement, vous aurez les tâches suivantes:
- Définir les objectifs et les contraintes des projets sous votre responsabilité en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes;
- Développer des solutions optimales et rédiger les documents requis à leur approbation;
- Rédiger des rapports et des présentations sur le progrès du projet pour présenter à la direction.
- Diriger et mobiliser les membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer l’atteindre des objectifs du projet dans le respect du budget et de l’échéancier;
- Assurer la conformité avec les processus de projets, les systèmes et les outils normalisés;
- Entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes pour favoriser une culture de collaboration, de participation et d’amélioration;
- Assurer l’orientation et le soutien technique aux parties prenantes des projets.

Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes:
- Baccalauréat en génie (toutes combinaisons d’études et d’expérience seront considérées);
- Un minimum de 8 années d’expérience pertinente dans les opérations, en maintenance ou en ingénierie;
- Compétences démontrées en matière de communications et d’établissement de relations, et excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale;
- Être structuré, autonome et motivé;
Atouts:
- Certification PMP (Project Management Professional) ou maîtrise en gestion de projets
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais).

La compagnie minière Iron Ore Company of Canada (IOC) est un chef de file canadien au chapitre de la production de concentrés et de boulettes de minerai de fer qui répondent aux besoins des clients partout dans le monde. IOC exploite une mine, une usine de concentration et une usine de boulettage à Labrador City, à Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, en plus d’installations portuaires situées à Sept-Îles, au Québec. Elle exploite également 418 kilomètres d’une voie ferrée qui relie la mine au port.
