About the role
Finding Better Ways to Provide the Materials the World Needs
We are looking for a HR Advisor to manage and support Human Resources obligations across our teams, ensuring compliance with both internal and external HR requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced HR professional to support business improvement initiatives and ensure business readiness across various HR functions.
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor and working in a collaborative and dynamic environment within the People Experience team, you will be:
- Supporting human resources programs and policies within the business unit, actively contributing to business improvement initiatives.
- Leading key annual processes such as total rewards review and talent assessments, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
- Providing informal guidance to less experienced staff, ensuring accurate data management and efficient employee services.
- Advising and coaching employees and leaders on policies, procedures, and regulatory issues, collaborating with various HR stakeholders.
- Offering expert advice on employee relations cases and working closely with internal and external advisors.
- Partnering with external vendors and internal teams to deliver streamlined and efficient services to employees.
- Developing skills, providing guidance and coaching in human resources systems, and contributing to change management efforts.
- Leading or participating in special projects such as employee engagement and talent attraction and retention initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role encompassing the full scope of HR functions in multinational firms/organizations
- In-depth knowledge of local legal aspects of employment and compliance management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and guide employees and leaders
- Experience in leading HR processes such as talent assessments, rewards review, and performance management
- Must have excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required
- Proficiency in HR systems and data management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Vaš nadređeni će biti viši savetnik za ljudske resurse a vaša zaduženja podrazumevaju sledeće:
- Podrška programima i politikama u oblasti ljudskih resursa u okviru date poslovne jedinice, uz aktivan doprinos inicijativama za unapređenje poslovanja.
- Rukovođenje godišnjim procesima kao što su godišnje nagrade, prilike za profesionalni razvoj zaposlenih, uz obezbeđivanje da sistem funkcioniše sa integritetom i na osnovu tačnih podataka.
- Pružanje neformalnih smernica članovima tima sa manje iskustva, obezbeđujući precizno rukovođenje podacima i efikasnost sistema za pružanje usluga zaposlenima.
- Savetuje i obučava zaposlene i rukovodioce u oblasti relevantnih politika, procedura i regulatornih pitanja u saradnji sa različitim zainteresovanim stranama iz oblasti ljudskih resursa.
- Daje stručne savete kada su u pitanju međuljudski odnosi na radnom mestu i blisko sarađuje sa internim i eksternim savetnicima.
- Sarađuje sa eksternim dobavljačima i internim timovima kako bi se pružile usluge visokog kvaliteta zaposlenima na jednostavan i efikasan način.
- Razvija veštine i pruža smernice, podršku i obuke u pogledu korišćenja sistema u oblasti ljudskih resursa i doprinosi rukovođenju promenama.
- Rukovodi ili učestvuje u posebnim projektima kao što su angažovanje zaposlenih, i inicijative za privlačenje i zadržavanje talentovanih novih zaposlenih.
Šta ova pozicija zahteva
- Posvećenost bezbednosti kako lične tako i bezbednosti svog tima i kolega
- Diploma osnovnih ili master studija iz oblasti ljudskih resursa ili relevantne oblasti
- Minimum pet godina radnog iskustva na sličnom radnom mestu koje podrazumeva radno iskustvo u oblasti ljudskih resursa u multinacionalnim kompanijama/organizacijama
- Temeljno poznavanje lokalnih propisa u oblasti radnog prava i usklađenosti poslovanja sa propisima
- Izražena sposobnost rada sa ljudima kao i sposobnost obučavanja i pružanja smernica za zaposlene i lidere
- Iskustvo u rukovođenju procesima iz oblasti ljudskih resursa, profesionalnom razvoju zaposlenih i upravljanju rezultatima
- Izuzetne komunikacione veštine, uz neophodno tečno poznavanje engleskog jezika
- Izuzetno dobro poznavanje sistema u oblasti ljudskih resursa i upravljanju podacima i usredsređenost na tačnost i efikasnost
