Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Qualité – Superviseur(euse) responsable de la mise en œuvre et du maintien des systèmes de contrôle et de gestion de la qualité chez Borax français.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne rigoureuse et proactive de diriger des initiatives de qualité et de garantir la conformité aux normes.
Relevant du Responsable Qualité et travaillant au sein d’une équipe diversifiée et engagée dans le département qualité, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir la certification ISO 9001 et les pratiques GMP/BPF
- Coordonner les tests de contrôle qualité en laboratoire
- Suivre les non-conformités et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives
- Proposer des opportunités d’amélioration et enquêter sur les réclamations clients
- Mener des audits internes et externes pour les clients et autorités
- Établir et maintenir le système de management de la qualité
- Sensibiliser les équipes aux exigences des clients
Votre contribution
- Engagement envers votre sécurité et celle de votre équipe
- Titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+2 avec plus de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Connaissance des normes et réglementations, de préférence en pharmacie, nucléaire, ou automobile
- Expérience avérée en leadership et gestion d’équipe
- Maîtrise des méthodes de résolution de problème (8D)
- Connaissance en chimie générale
- Anglais courant indispensable (écrit et parlé)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control and management systems at Borax French.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Quality Coordinator – Supervisorand working in a collaborative team within the Quality department, you will:
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 certification and GMP/GMP practices
- Coordinate quality control testing in the laboratory and manage the release of finished products
- Follow up on non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and propose improvements
- Investigate customer complaints and ensure customer requirements are met
- Perform internal and external audits for customers and authorities
- Establish and maintain the quality management system
- Promote awareness of customer requirements across the organization
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- At least a Bac+2 diploma with over 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of regulatory and normative practices, preferably in the pharmaceutical, nuclear, or automotive sectors
- Proven leadership skills and successful experience in management
- Problem-solving expertise, particularly in 8D methods
- Knowledge and experience in general chemistry
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
