About the role:

Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.

We are looking for an Officer – Project Management Office (PMO) to support the Program Manager across all areas of the project planning and delivery. This is a great opportunity to support the successful delivery of programs within Jadar Project and Jadar Project overall within the agreed timelines, scope and quality criteria.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be:

·        Supporting consistent application of project management practices and governance frameworks, which leads to efficient project delivery and risk management across the Jadar Project.

·        Assisting with facilitation the alignment of programs/projects with the strategic objectives, ensuring resources and efforts are directed towards initiatives that support long-term goals.

·        Providing assistance on resource allocation and performance tracking, preventing resource bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and delays that could impact project success without centralized coordination.

·        Providing ongoing project support across various programs to ensure smooth daily operations.

·        Working closely with stakeholders and decision-makers to provide timely and relevant updates.

·        Maintaining data to enable efficient management reporting and performance tracking.

·        Assisting in generating reports to track progress of programs and projects.

·        Helping in maintaining program/project governance, including managing risks and resolving issues.

·        Ensuring adherence to standardized project processes, tools, and methodologies across all programs.

·        Helping assess business needs and contributes to solutions for complex challenges.

·        Supporting vendor alignment and performance with project objectives when necessary.

·        Collaborating with stakeholders to define, estimate and deliver on requirements.

·        Contributing to continuous improvements and efficiencies within projects and programs.

·        Facilitating the sharing of information and resources across relevant teams.

·        Preparing presentation materials for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

·        University degree in a project management, organizational or technical discipline.

·        Solid experience in a similar position. Prior experience working in mining and resources, construction, facilities and/or utilities in an analysis or interfacing role will be an asset.

·        Passion for data and analytics alongside a creative flair for ways of presenting data

·        Excellent skills to work on multiple projects, teams, stakeholders, matrix environment.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian (must-have) and English, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Vaš nadređeni će biti rukovodilac programa a vaša zaduženja podrazumevaju sledeće:

·        Podršku doslednoj primeni praksi upravljanja projektima s ciljem efikasne realizacije projekta i upravljanja rizikom u okviru Projekta „Jadar“.

·        Podrška prilikom usklađivanja programa/projekata sa strateškim ciljevima kako bismo bili sigurni da su resursi i aktivnosti usmereni ka inicijativama koje podržavaju dugoročne ciljeve.

·        Podrška u raspodeli resursa i praćenju učinka, sprečavanje zastoja u rasporedu resursa, neefikasnosti i kao i zastoja koji mogu uticati na uspeh projekta bez centralizovane koordinacije.

·        Pružanje stalne podrške projektu kroz različite programe kako bi se osiguralo nesmetano svakodnevno poslovanje.

·        Bliska saradnja sa zainteresovanim stranama i donosiocima odluka kako bi se obezbedilo pravovremeno i relevantno ažuriranje podataka.

·        Upravljanje podacima kako bi se omogućilo efikasno izveštavanje menadžmenta i praćenje ostvarenih rezultata.

·        Podrška u pripremi izveštaja za praćenje napretka programa i projekata.

·        Pomaganje u održavanju upravljanja programom/projektom, uključujući upravljanje rizicima i rešavanje problema.

·        Obezbeđivanje poštovanja standardizovanih projektnih procesa, alata i metodologija u svim programima.

·        Pomoć u proceni poslovnih potreba i doprinosi pronalaženju rešenja za složene izazove.

·        Podrška usklađivanju aktivnosti i rezultata dobavljača sa ciljevima projekta kada je to potrebno.

·        Saradnja sa zainteresovanim stranama na definisanju, proceni i ispunjavanju zahteva.

·        Podrška stalnim poboljšanjima i efikasnosti u okviru projekata i programa.

·        Podrška olakšanoj razmeni informacija i resursa među timovima.

·        Priprema materijala za prezentaciju za efikasnu komunikaciju sa internim i eksternim zainteresovanim stranama.

Šta ova pozicija zahteva

·        Univerzitetsku diplomu iz upravljanja projektima, organizacionih ili tehničkih nauka

·        Prethodno iskustvo na sličnom radnom mestu. Iskustvo rada u rudarskoj ili građevinskoj industriji, upravljanju objektima i/ili komunalnom infrastrukturom u analitičkom sektoru ili na poslovima saradnje između dobavljača i kupaca smatralo bi se prednošću;

·        Sklonost prema podacima i analitici uz sposobnost kreativnog  predstavljanja podataka;

·        Izražena sposobnost koordinacije i rada na više projekata istovremeno, u okviru nekoliko timova, sa više zainteresovanih strana i u matričnom radnom okruženju;

·        Izuzetne pismene i verbalne veštine komunikacije na srpskom (obavezno) i engleskom, sa sposobnošću jasnog izražavanja i produktivne saradnje.
