About the role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.
We are looking for a Procurement Officer who will be responsible for planning and management of all activities involved with the procurement of goods and services, including contracts, suppliers and contractors ‘management.
Reporting to the Procurement Business Partner and working in a collaborative community within the Procurement Team, you will be:
· Interacting with the company’s network of vendors and resources, building and maintaining effective working relationships with vendors.
· Completing routine assignments to support day to day activities in relation to areas that may include procurement, inventory management, warehousing and/or transportation to ensure efficient service deliveries, including leases management.
· Interacting with business units and other functional groups as required to accomplish goals and tasks.
· Preparing drafts of execution documents, e.g. recommendation memos as well as correspondence, reports, documents and presentation material as required. Provides support in drafting, editing and expediting for the execution of legal and contractual documents.
· Management of assigned contracts, including identifying key risks and liabilities different to the model documents.
· Reviewing and analysing non-conformance and corrective action data as a basis for identification of requirements for system improvements and successful audit processes.
· Taking accountability for own performance and understands the impacts of behaviours and actions on others.
· Aiding in developing and implementing the Procurement Strategy.
· Ensuring that sound supply chain/ procurement processes are followed, project implementation methodologies are deployed, and implementation is completed in accordance with RTP’s process, documentation and governance requirements.
· Taking initiatives to find solutions to problems and challenges.
What you’ll bring
· A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
· University degree in related discipline, with relevant experience
· Previous experiences in procurement and supply chain within large capital projects and/or project type environment in Serbia, preferably in a multinational environment
· Good understanding of legal requirements.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
· Strong analytical capability and the ability to effectively collate and compile data and strong Excel spreadsheet skills
· Previous knowledge of SAP and Ariba would be desirable

Zapošljavamo saradnika za nabavke koji će biti zadužen za planiranje i upravljanje svim aktivnostima u vezi sa nabavkom dobara i usluga, uključujući ugovore, dobavljače i upravljanje ugovorima.
Vaš nadređeni će biti poslovni partner za nabavke a vaša zaduženja u radnom okruženju koje podstiče timski rad u okviru Tima za nabavke podrazumevaju sledeće:
· Saradnju sa mrežom dobavljača i resursa kompanije i građenje produktivnih poslovnih odnosa sa dobavljačima.
· Obavljanje rutinskih zadataka i pružanje podrške svakodnevnim aktivnostima u vezi sa poslovima koji mogu da uključuju nabavku, upravljanje zalihama, skladištenje i / ili transport kako bi se osigurala efikasna isporuka usluga, uključujući upravljanje zakupima.
· Po potrebi, saradnju sa poslovnim jedinicama i drugim sektorima u okviru kompanije s ciljem postizanja ciljeva i zadataka.
· Priprema nacrte izvršnih dokumenata, npr. memorandumi sa preporukama, kao i prepiska, izveštaji, dokumenti i materijal za prezentacije po potrebi. Pruža podršku u izradi, uređivanju i ubrzanju izvršenja pravnih i ugovornih dokumenata.
· Upravljanje dodeljenim ugovorima, uključujući identifikovanje ključnih rizika i obaveza koji se razlikuju od modela dokumenata.
· Pregled i analiza podataka o neusklađenosti i korektivnim akcijama kao osnova za identifikaciju zahteva za poboljšanjima sistema i uspešnim procesima revizije.
· Preuzima odgovornost za sopstvene rezultate i razume uticaje ponašanja i delovanja na druge.
· Pruža pomoć u razvoju i primeni strategije nabavki.
· Osigurava da se prate zdravi procesi lanca snabdevanja / nabavke, primenjuju se metodologije implementacije projekata i završava implementacija u skladu sa zahtevima RTP-ovog procesa, dokumentacije i upravljanja.
· Preduzima inicijative za pronalaženje rešenja za probleme i izazove.

· Posvećenost bezbednosti kako lične tako i bezbednosti svog tima i kolega
· Diplomu osnovnih studija iz odgovarajuće oblasti uz relevantno iskustvo
· Prethodno iskustvo o u nabavkama i lancu snabdevanja u okviru velikih kapitalnih projekata i/ili projektnom okruženju u Srbiji; rad u međunarodnom radnom okruženju smatrao bi se prednošću
· Dobro razumevanje pravnih zahteva
· Izuzetne veštine pisane i usmene komunikacije na srpskom i engleskom, uz sposobnost pružanja podrške kolegama i efikasne saradnje
· Snažne analitičke sposobnosti i sposobnost organizovanog sakupljanja i čuvanja podataka i izuzetno dobro poznavanje rada u programu Excel
· Iskustvo u radu u programu SAP i Ariba smatralo bi se prednošću
