Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) chef(fe) de service, Risques et services-conseils en matière de cybersécurité pour diriger une équipe mondiale de professionnels travaillant sur l’amélioration continue de la cybersécurité de Rio Tinto.

Ce poste est une excellente occasion pour un ou une gestionnaire d’expérience en matière de cybersécurité et de gestion des risques de collaborer avec d’autres collègues au sein de Rio Tinto afin de sécuriser l’entreprise et d’influencer de façon positive la gestion des risques de cybersécurité à l’échelle mondiale.

Relevant du ou de la chef de la sécurité de l’information, vous travaillerez dans un milieu axé sur la collaboration et le soutien au sein de notre équipe mondiale Systèmes et technologies de l’information (S&TI) et vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Diriger par l’exemple et adopter les comportements attendus en matière de leadership afin d’instaurer la confiance, de faire preuve d’une réelle bienveillance et de permettre aux employés d’exploiter leur potentiel.
  • Diriger une équipe de professionnels des risques liés à la cybersécurité afin de fournir des conseils et de l’orientation pragmatiques à diverses parties prenantes à l’échelle de Rio Tinto.
  • Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques, y compris la planification et l’exécution d’analyses approfondies des risques dans les groupes de produits et les fonctions de Rio Tinto, en travaillant avec les parties prenantes afin de soutenir les mesures correctives des cyber risques décelés.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques dans l’ensemble des S&TI, des groupes de produits et des équipes de direction fonctionnelle.
  • Contribuer activement à l’élaboration de la stratégie et des plans de cybersécurité, en veillant à ce que les priorités soient liées à celles de l’entreprise et qu’elles les appuient.
  • Soutenir l’adoption de normes, d’orientations et de meilleures pratiques du groupe de cybersécurité de l’organisation.
  • Soutenir les aspects de la cybersécurité dans le cadre d’acquisitions et de cessions d’entreprises.

Votre contribution

  • Engagement à l’égard de votre sécurité et de celle de votre équipe.
  • Expérience démontrée en matière de leadership, de préférence au sein d’une équipe répartie dans le monde entier.
  • Expérience pratique dans un poste lié à la cybersécurité, de préférence dans une grande organisation ou dans une industrie similaire à prédominance d’actifs.
  • Expérience dans la détection et la compréhension des risques en matière de cybersécurité, de préférence dans les contextes des technologies de l’information (TI) et des technologies opérationnelles (TO).
  • Solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication et pouvoir d’influence favorisant la crédibilité et la collaboration.
  • Connaissance des principaux cadres de cybersécurité de l’industrie pour le repérage et la gestion des risques de cybersécurité (p. ex. NIST, ISO, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC, etc.).

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Cyber Security Risk and Advisory to lead a global team of cyber risk professionals that are focused on the continuous improvement of Rio Tinto’s cyber security. 

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with substantial cyber security and risk management experience to partner with others across Rio Tinto to securely enable the business and positively impact the way cyber security risk is managed globally.

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, and working in a collaborative and supportive environment within our global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team, you will:

  • Lead by example and role model expected leadership behaviours to build trust, show genuine care and empower employees to fulfil their potential
  • Lead a team of cyber risk professionals to deliver pragmatic cyber security advice and guidance to diverse stakeholders across all parts of Rio Tinto
  • Support strategic initiatives, including the planning and execution of risk deep dives across Rio Tinto product groups and functions, working with stakeholders to support the remediation of identified cyber security risks
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships across IS&T, product group and functional leadership teams
  • Actively contributing to the development of cyber strategy and plans, ensuring cyber security priorities connect to and support business priorities
  • Support the organisations adoption of cyber security group standards, guidance and best practices
  • Support cyber security aspects of business acquisitions and divestments

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a distributed global team
  • Practical experience in a cyber security-based role, preferably in a large organisation, or a similar asset intensive industry
  • Experience in identifying and understanding cyber security risk, preferably in both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) contexts
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to build credibility and collaboration
  • Familiarity with industry leading cyber security frameworks for identifying and managing cyber security risk (eg NIST, ISO, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC etc.)
