Nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur(e) du réseau haute tension et centrale hydroélectrique rigoureux(se), consciencieux(se) et doté(e) d’un excellent jugement pour superviser les activités et l’équipe de son secteur dans un environnement dynamique et technique.  

Sur un horaire rotatif le(a) superviseur(e) sera appelé à superviser la production et la distribution d’électricité dans nos 6 centrales hydroélectriques et nos 11 postes haute tension. 

En collaboration avec le Surveillant principal d’opération, le(a) superviseur(e) sera chargé(e) d’organiser, coordonner et superviser les opérations de production et distribution d’électricité en temps réel. Le(a) superviseur(e) devra faire preuve d’une bonne connaissance technique, une grande capacité de concentration, une résistance au stress face à des situations complexes et une aptitude à prioriser les tâches tout en maintenant calme et efficacité.

La personne devra démontrer du leadership, de l'autonomie et faire preuve d'intégrité pour guider son équipe vers l’excellence opérationnelle et assurer la sécurité des opérations.

  • Superviser en temps réel l’exploitation du réseau hydroélectrique, garantissant une alimentation sécuritaire et fiable des alumineries.

  • Coordonner et autoriser les interventions sur les équipements, incluant leur libération pour la maintenance et les projets, afin d’assurer leur sécurité et leur fiabilité.

  • Gérer efficacement en temps réel nos bassins hydrographiques.

  • Respecter et faire appliquer les directives d’exploitation, les politiques de gestion, ainsi que les contrats et ententes en vigueur.

  • Utiliser efficacement les systèmes et applications dédiés à la gestion du réseau hydroélectrique.

  • Gestion des mesures d’urgence, alarmes ou pannes sur l’ensemble du réseau.

  • Assurer une gestion efficace du personnel sous sa responsabilité en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et propice à l'amélioration continue.

  • Appliquer rigoureusement les principes de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement conformément aux standards de l’organisation.

À propos de vous

Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes:

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en génie électrique ou formation connexe

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel

  • Permis de conduire valide

  • Démontrer un haut niveau d’engagement

  • Démontrer un excellent niveau de leadership et d’autonomie

  • Maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

  • Bonne maitrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit

Nos installations dans la région comprennent une raffinerie d’alumine, quatre usines d’électrolyse en propriété exclusive, six centrales hydroélectriques, notre Centre de recherche et de développement Arvida (CRDA), le Centre opérationnel aluminium, un chemin de fer et un port.
