Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Principal(e) – Excellence Financière hautement qualifié(e), avec une expertise en finance, gestion de projets et gestion du changement. Ce rôle stratégique soutiendra le Directeur Général de la Planification et de la Performance dans la recherche de l’excellence fonctionnelle, la gestion d’un portefeuille de projets clés et la contribution au sein de l’équipe de direction (SLT).

Les priorités de cette année incluent l’élaboration et la gestion de la feuille de route d’amélioration fonctionnelle, le développement d’un cadre robuste de gestion de la performance pour le système d’exploitation de l’organisation, et l’assurance de l’adoption fluide des changements systémiques auprès des intervenants.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Feuille de Route de la Fonction Financière : Diriger la conception et l’exécution d’initiatives visant à moderniser et optimiser la fonction financière. Favoriser l’alignement des parties prenantes et garantir des améliorations durables.

  • Gestion de Portefeuille : Superviser un portefeuille diversifié de projets, en veillant à leur alignement avec les priorités organisationnelles, à une définition claire et à une exécution en temps voulu.

  • Gestion des Jalons : Suivre et gérer les livrables clés de l’équipe Planification et Performance, identifier les risques et résoudre de manière proactive les défis pour respecter les échéances critiques.

  • Excellence Financière : Intégrer les meilleures pratiques en matière de budgétisation, prévisions et rapports. Fournir des analyses pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques et l’optimisation des ressources.

  •  Amélioration Continue : Piloter des initiatives visant à améliorer l’efficacité fonctionnelle, rationaliser les processus et promouvoir une culture d’excellence et d’apprentissage continu.

  • Collaboration et Engagement des Parties Prenantes : Agir en tant que principal interlocuteur au sein de la finance, en favorisant la collaboration et l’alignement des équipes.

  • Gestion du Changement : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion du changement pour soutenir l’adoption réussie des initiatives de transformation, en assurant l’alignement, l’engagement et le développement des capacités des équipes.

  • Soutien à la Haute Direction : Préparer des présentations, rapports et analyses de qualité destinés à l’équipe de direction, en synthétisant efficacement des sujets complexes en recommandations concrètes.

Ce que vous apporterez
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez avoir :

  • Un baccalauréat en finance, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Un MBA ou équivalent est un atout important.

  • Plus de 8 ans d’expérience combinée en finance, gestion de projets et gestion du changement, de préférence dans un rôle stratégique ou de leadership.

  • Une capacité avérée à gérer et à livrer des initiatives et cadres de transformation à grande échelle.

  • Une expertise dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de gestion du changement favorisant l’adoption et l’engagement.

  • De solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de traduire les données financières et de projet en stratégies concrètes.

  • D’excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, avec une expérience démontrée dans la préparation de documents pour des cadres supérieurs.

  • Un esprit collaboratif avec la capacité d’influencer et de diriger dans une organisation matricielle.

  • Une certification en gestion de projets (ex. PMP, PRINCE2) et/ou en gestion du changement (ex. Prosci, ADKAR) est un atout.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and Senior Manager – Finance Excellence with expertise in finance, project management, and change management. This critical role will support the General Manager Planning and Performance in driving functional excellence, managing a portfolio of key projects, and supporting contributions to the SLT.

This year’s priorities include shaping and managing our function’s improvement roadmap, developing a robust performance management framework for the organization’s operating system, and ensuring smooth adoption of system changes across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Function Roadmap: Lead the design and execution of initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing the finance function. Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure delivery of sustainable improvements.

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, clear scoping, and timely execution.

  • Milestone Management: Track and manage key deliverables for the Planning and Performance team and across projects, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges to meet critical deadlines.

  • Finance Excellence: Embed best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance functional efficiency, streamline processes, and promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison within finance, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across teams.

  • Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment, engagement, and capability-building across teams.

  • Senior Leadership Support: Prepare high-quality presentations, papers, and analyses for the Senior Leadership Team, effectively distilling complex topics into actionable insights.

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a strong plus.

  • 8+ years of combined experience in finance, project management, and change management, preferably in a leadership or strategic role.

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives and frameworks.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing change management strategies that drive adoption and engagement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial and project data into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience preparing materials for senior executives.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is advantageous.
