About the role 

We are looking for a Supervisor Emergency Services to join our HSEC team at Brockman 4, on a FIFO Roster. In this role you will lead the site-based emergency services teams and provide site based technical advice to operational teams.

You’ll work on a FIFO Roster, flying out from either Perth, Geraldton or Albany to Brockman 4, being on an 8/6 pattern, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. 

Reporting to the Manager HSEC, you will:  

• Lead a team of high performing Emergency Services professionals
• Ensure service delivery is complete to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Ensure the operation remain in a constant state of emergency preparedness (including, but not limited to ESO and ERT capacity & capability, ES equipment levels and maintenance)
• Lead and support group wide emergency services improvement initiatives
• Work with key stakeholders (site, ES and H&S leaders) to support the standardization and simplification of systems and processes
• Support emergency services assurance and governance processes with the implementation of a focused corrective action plan based on feedback
• Work with contract partners to support adequate coverage
• Ensure service delivery is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

What you’ll bring  

• Willingness to learn and be part of a dynamic team
• Current C Class Driver's license; HR highly desirable
• Cert III and IV Mine Emergency Response or equivalent
• Cert IV Pre-Hospital Care; highly desirable
• Certificate in Alcohol and Other Drugs Collector; highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated safety leadership experience; highly desirable
• The ability to work independently and actively participate within a team environment
• Experience in contractor management, health and safety or project management
