We are seeking a Fixed Plant Manager to join our senior leadership team in Tom Price. As a Fixed Plant Manager, you’ll lead the operations and maintenance of vital assets such as crushers and conveyors, dry crushing and screening plant, beneficiation plant, balanced machines, train load-out facilities and tailings dams.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Tom Price & Marandoo, you’ll lead a team of Superintendents to achieve safe, efficient production while meeting operational and business goals. Your responsibilities will span day-to-day plant operations, preventative maintenance, shutdown planning and execution and continuous improvement, allowing you to drive performance and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll be a key player in ensuring high-performance outcomes, including:
- Ensuring the delivery of ore product that meets quality specifications through reliable plant performance
- Leading and developing plant operational and maintenance teams
- Cultivating a performance culture that aligns with our values of care, courage, and curiosity, driving safety behaviours and stable operations
- Overseeing core plant operations and asset management processes
- Managing the fixed plant shutdown cycle and ensuring safe, on-time delivery
- Assessing and managing risks across the asset lifecycle, including compliance audits

Exposure to fixed plant is desirable, we would be interested in hearing from individuals with leadership experience gained across other operational maintenance environments.

Where you’ll be working
Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
