Nous offrons une opportunité passionnante de rejoindre l’équipe d’acquisition de talents en tant que membre clé, où vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion et l’exécution des processus de recrutement de bout en bout pour l’entreprise QMM. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous contribuerez à la construction d’un vivier de talents solide, aligné sur les stratégies régionales et mondiales de Rio Tinto, ses outils et ses cadres de référence — garantissant la satisfaction des besoins en main-d’œuvre actuels et futurs.
Au-delà du recrutement, vous participerez à divers projets et initiatives liés aux talents, tout en assurant un soutien administratif qui permettra aux équipes d’expertise (AoE), RH et Leadership d’accéder en permanence à des pools de talents de qualité.
Rattaché(e) au Team Lead Talent Acquisition – Afrique, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les membres de l’équipe TA, les HR Business Partners (HRBP) et les responsables du recrutement de toutes les unités commerciales de QMM dans la région.
Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
1. Offrir une expérience candidat positive et professionnelle à chaque étape du processus d’acquisition de talents.
2. Collaborer avec les managers pour comprendre les besoins en effectifs, accompagner la sélection des candidats et soutenir les activités d’intégration.
3. Identifier des talents dans toute la région avec une attention particulière portée à la diversité et à l’inclusion.
4. Mettre en œuvre les stratégies de sourcing et d’attraction régionales en accord avec les objectifs de diversité.
5. Utiliser divers outils et plateformes pour repérer et engager des talents internes et externes diversifiés.
6. Devenir un conseiller de confiance en apportant aux managers des recommandations sur les bonnes pratiques de recrutement et de sourcing.
7. Représenter l’entreprise lors d’évènements du secteur (salons de l’emploi, forums) pour développer le vivier de talents par le biais de réseautage stratégique.
8. Promouvoir et maintenir l’Employee Value Proposition (EVP) et la marque employeur de la région sur tous les canaux de communication (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
9. Élaborer et fournir des rapports pertinents et des recommandations fondées sur les données pour les parties prenantes.
10. Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des pratiques rigoureuses de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne tout au long du processus de recrutement.
Votre contribution :
• Diplôme supérieur en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 05 années d’expérience en recrutement et en sourcing de talents.
• Maîtrise du français, du malgache et de l’anglais indispensable.
• Solide expérience dans la gestion complète du processus de recrutement, tous niveaux et fonctions confondus.
• Une expérience préalable dans l’industrie minière est un atout.
• Maîtrise des plateformes numériques et des systèmes RH.
• Expertise en techniques de sourcing, notamment les recherches booléennes.
• Esprit d’amélioration continue, avec un souci d’efficacité des processus et de résolution des écarts dans le recrutement et la sélection.
• Expérience pratique avec un ATS (idéalement Workday), des job boards et des outils de sourcing.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir efficacement à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
• Intégrité, sens du travail collaboratif.
• Expérience dans des environnements complexes, matriciels ou au sein de grandes entreprises internationales.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique à fort volume.

About the role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for the QMM business. In this pivotal position, you’ll help build a robust talent pipeline that aligns with Rio Tinto’s regional and global strategies, tools, and frameworks—ensuring we meet both current and future workforce needs.
Beyond recruitment delivery, you’ll contribute to talent-related projects, initiatives, and administrative support, enabling the Areas of Expertise (AoE), HR, and Leadership teams to access high-quality talent pools consistently.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition – Africa, you’ll collaborate closely with TA team members, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and hiring managers across all QMM business units in the region. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the talent acquisition process.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, guide candidate selection, and support onboarding activities.
3. Source talent across the region with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
4. Execute regional sourcing and attraction strategies aligned with diversity objectives.
5. Utilize a range of platforms and tools to identify and engage diverse internal and external talent.
6. Become a trusted advisor by provide hiring managers with insights on effective recruitment best practices, and strategies for talent sourcing.
7. Represent the organization at industry events, such as career fairs, to build talent pipelines through strategic networking.
8. Champion and uphold the region’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand across all communication channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
9. Develop and deliver insightful reports and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
10. Implement and maintain robust risk management practices and internal controls throughout recruitment processes
What you’ll bring
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field and level.
• At least 5 or more years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Fluency in French, Malagasy, and English is essential.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various job levels and functions.
• Previous experience in the mining industry is an advantage.
• High proficiency in digital platforms and HR systems.
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing process efficiency and addressing gaps in recruitment and selection.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday), job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated integrity and a collaborative working style.
• Experience working in a large, global, or matrix-structured organizations
• Experience working in high volume & fast paced environment.
