Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les opérations de paie dans plusieurs régions (APAC, Atlantique et EMEA), en assurant la conformité des systèmes, en résolvant les problèmes techniques et en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, en lien avec les équipes RH, TI et intelligence d’affaires.
Responsabilités
- Fournir un soutien technique aux équipes internes et externes de paie, y compris la gestion des cas complexes ou escaladés.
- Réaliser les tests utilisateurs (UAT) pour les systèmes RTBS, PeopleSoft et Khronos.
- Effectuer la maintenance régulière et ponctuelle des systèmes de paie selon les procédures établies.
- Collaborer avec les équipes TI pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux systèmes.
- Participer à la communauté mondiale de pratique en paie pour assurer la cohérence des solutions.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d’amélioration continue des processus et systèmes.
- Veiller à la conformité des systèmes de paie avec les lois du travail, les réglementations fiscales et les politiques internes.
- Maintenir une communication régulière avec les clients internes pour anticiper les besoins.
- Collaborer avec les partenaires internes et externes pour développer des solutions adaptées aux unités d’affaires.
- Former les équipes RH et paie sur les mises à jour systèmes et les procédures.
- Générer des rapports liés à la paie pour les parties prenantes.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Engagement envers la santé et la sécurité.
- Certification ou formation en SAP.
- Expérience en paie multinationale, notamment aux États-Unis et au Canada.
- Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet, de changement et des parties prenantes.
- Expérience avec Spinifex (atout).
- Connaissance de Power BI, Power Apps et d’outils ETL comme EasyMorph (atout).
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel, incluant l’automatisation, les macros et le VBA.
- Compétences en analyse de données et techniques analytiques.
- Compréhension des enjeux de sécurité et de confidentialité des données.
- Expérience en tests, validation et production de rapports liés aux systèmes de paie.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et en communication.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement complexe et international.
- Aptitude à bâtir des relations solides avec divers intervenants.

Global Advisor, Payroll Systems

Join a global leader in the mining and resources sector as a Global Advisor – Payroll Systems. In this role, you will support payroll operations across multiple regions (APAC, Atlantic, and EMEA), ensuring system compliance, driving process improvements, and contributing to global payroll alignment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with exposure to HR, IT, and business intelligence teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external payroll teams.
- Lead investigations and resolve escalated payroll system issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for systems such as RTBS, PeopleSoft, and Khronos.
- Perform recurring and ad hoc system maintenance following established procedures.
- Collaborate with IS&T to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Participate in the global Payroll Community of Practice to ensure consistency in payroll processes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in payroll systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to anticipate service needs and changes.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to develop and deliver payroll solutions.
- Train HR and payroll teams on system updates and procedures.
- Generate payroll-related reports for internal stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Qualifications or certifications in SAP.
- Experience with multi-country payroll, particularly in the USA and Canada.
- Familiarity with project, stakeholder, and change management methodologies.
- Experience with Spinifex (an asset).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and ETL tools like EasyMorph (an asset).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including automation, macros, and VBA.
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and handling sensitive data.
- Experience in payroll systems testing, validation, and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
