About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee reporting and governance processes, ensuring robust controls and compliance across the Global Workplace function. This role supports programme and business management activities, coordinates reporting across internal and external stakeholders, and integrates operational and capital elements to streamline project delivery. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of project planning systems, including schedule risk analysis and performance monitoring. They will also drive stakeholder engagement, promote standardized processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project outcomes and business value.
Reporting to the Global Workplace Capital & Commercial lead, you will

Oversees capital reporting and governance processes, ensuring effective controls are in place and adhered to across all project and programme activities.

Provides PMO support to the Global Workplace function, driving planning cadences, governance frameworks, and programme coordination to enable successful delivery.

Coordinates reporting requirements from internal and external project managers, consolidating inputs for senior leadership and ensuring timely, accurate communication.

Acts as a key integrator across operational, capital, and strategic elements, aligning efforts to support the property function’s business objectives.

Leads the development and implementation of project planning systems, including forecasting, cost control, and schedule risk analysis to maintain delivery confidence.

Monitors and reports project performance indicators, providing insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making across the portfolio.

Drives continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance value, and promote standardisation across tools and methodologies.

Manages stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, fostering collaboration, providing technical support, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Proven experience in project controls, PMO functions, or capital programme governance, ideally within a corporate real estate or workplace environment.

Strong background in planning, forecasting, cost control, and schedule risk analysis across complex programmes or portfolios.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring techniques.

Ability to analyse and interpret data to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities.

Collaborative mindset with a focus on standardisation, continuous improvement, and driving results in a matrixed environment.
