Рио Тинто Монгол компани нь Нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн багт ажлын цагийн уян хатан нөхцөлтэй, 6-сарын хугацаатай, дадлагажигч оюутан шалгаруулж авна. Дадлагажигч оюутан нь санхүүгийн ахлах ажилтны удирдлага, зааврын дагуу ажиллах бөгөөд нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн багт дараах болон бусад үйл ажиллагаанд дэмжлэг үзүүлнэ:
- Нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн анхан шатны баримтуудыг цэгцлэх, архивлах
- Англи, Монгол хэлний орчуулга хийх
- Байгууллагын нягтлан бодох бүртгэлийн системд өдөр тутмын гүйлгээг бүртгэх, мэдээлэл оруулахад дэмжлэг үзүүлэх
- Зардлын менежментийн ажилд дэмжлэг үзүүлэх
- Багийн гишүүдийн хүсэлтийн дагуу шаардлагатай тулган баталгаажуулалтыг хийж, бүртгэлийн үнэн зөв, бүрэн байдлыг шалгах
- Өгөгдсөн бүтэц, загварын дагуу тайлан бэлтгэхэд дэмжлэг үзүүлэх

- Microsoft программуудыг ажлын орчинд ашиглах чадвартай
- Англи, Mонгол хэлний бичгийн болон ярианы чадвартай
- Харилцааны өндөр соёлтой, багаар ажиллах чадвартай

About the role
Rio Tinto Mongolia is recruiting one intern student for a 6-month internship with flexible working hours in the Accounting Team. Reporting to the Senior Advisor, the Intern student will provide support across the accounting team in the following and other areas:
- Prepare accounting primary documents for filing and archiving
- Perform translations between English and Mongolian
- Support in recording day-to-day transactions in the Company’s accounting system such as data entry tasks
- Support in expense management
- Perform various reconciliations as requested by the Team members and check the accuracy and completeness of records
- Prepare reports in the given report structure and format
What you will bring
- Must be a Mongolian citizen
- Must be currently enrolled as a final year full-time undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree program in an accredited university/college in Mongolia or abroad
- GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Adequate experience with MS package
- Acceptable written and spoken communication in English and Mongolian
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team
