Este puesto es principalmente responsable de entregar la información fiscal para reportes externos de las entidades y operaciones con base en Sudamérica, y de brindar soporte al Senior Manager Tax – Sudamérica – para asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, controles y requisitos regulatorios en la región.
El rol requiere colaboración estrecha con el Gerente de Impuestos – Argentina y contactos financieros en Chile, Brasil y Perú, para garantizar que la contabilidad de efectos fiscales (interna y externa), las divulgaciones de transparencia fiscal locales y del grupo, y las obligaciones de cumplimiento relacionadas se preparen con el nivel adecuado de precisión y en tiempo oportuno. Este puesto también implicará brindar soporte en las obligaciones relacionadas con el Pilar 2 en la región.

Reportando al Gerente Senior de Impuestos de Sudamérica, y trabajando en una comunidad colaborativa y un equipo diverso dentro del equipo fiscal regional, tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Liderar el reporte fiscal de Sudamérica, incluyendo la consolidación del grupo heredado Arcadium, asegurando entregas precisas y oportunas bajo los procedimientos y controles establecidos.
- Coordinar el cumplimiento de obligaciones relacionadas con el Pilar 2 y los requisitos de transparencia fiscal (impuestos pagados, reportes País por País y presentaciones locales).
- Revisar posiciones contables de efectos fiscales y brindar asesoramiento técnico, incluyendo interacción con asesores externos.
- Apoyar procesos de mejora continua, promoviendo la estandarización y consistencia global.
- Gestionar la relación con auditores externos para reportes del grupo y presentaciones estatutarias locales.
- Colaborar en procesos de distribución de dividendos y proyecciones fiscales regionales.
- Mantener vínculos sólidos con equipos financieros y stakeholders internos para asegurar alineación con proyectos relevantes.
- Supervisar la implementación de procesos de gobernanza fiscal, documentación de controles y cumplimiento de políticas del grupo.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento fiscal en la región, identificando riesgos actuales y emergentes, y gestionándolos mediante los procesos establecidos.

About the role

This role is primarily responsible for delivering tax-related information for external reporting of entities and operations based in South America, and for supporting the Senior Tax Manager – South America – to ensure compliance with procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements across the region.
The role requires close collaboration with the Tax Manager – Argentina and finance contacts in Chile, Brazil, and Peru to ensure that tax effect accounting (internal and external), local and group transparency disclosures, and related compliance obligations are prepared with appropriate accuracy and in a timely manner. This role also involves supporting Pillar 2 compliance obligations in the region.
As part of a dynamic team, the role may occasionally require work outside regular business hours, including participation in meetings and calls with colleagues in other locations across the group. Like all roles in the tax team, flexibility is fully supported to help you manage your work-life balance.

Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager South America, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading tax reporting for South America, including consolidation of the legacy Arcadium group, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with established procedures and controls.
- Coordinating compliance with Pillar 2 obligations and transparency requirements (taxes paid, Country-by-Country reporting, and local filings).
- Reviewing tax effect accounting positions and providing technical tax advice, including liaising with external advisors.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, promoting global standardization and consistency.
- Managing relationships with external auditors for group reporting and local statutory filings.
- Supporting dividend distribution processes and regional tax forecasting.
- Maintaining strong relationships with finance teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with relevant projects.
- Overseeing implementation and ongoing compliance with tax governance processes, including control documentation and adherence to Group Tax Policy.
- Monitoring tax compliance across the region, identifying current and emerging risks, and managing them through group processes, including the compliance/risk register.
What you’ll bring to be considered for this role:
