Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Manager Contenu Local qui sera chargé (e) de développer et mettre en œuvre un programme de développement des fournisseurs afin de privilégies les dépenses auprès des fournisseurs Guinéens, grâce à la création d’un cadre, de tableaux de bord, de plans d’action et à la définition d’objectifs. Cela comprend la définition du champ d'application et des objectifs clés, la gestion des performances du programme à l'aide d'indicateurs clés de performance, la mesure des objectifs, l'établissement de rapports et la prise de décisions.
Relevant du Manager Sr Approvisionnement il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :

Réagir de manière proactive aux changements apportés à la politique publique du gouvernement en matière de diversité des fournisseurs et de législation sur la chaîne d'approvisionnement tout en Intégrant le programme dans les politiques, les processus et les systèmes du service des achats.

Identifier et s'engager dans des programmes locaux qui soutiennent l'objectif d'approvisionnement local en gérant le partenariat de l'entreprise avec le BSTP (Bourse de sous-traitance et de partenariat) pour identifier et développer des fournisseurs locaux.

Promouvoir l'intégration des fournisseurs locaux dans l'écosystème des achats, en veillant à l'alignement avec les lois sur le contenu local et les objectifs de durabilité de Simfer, parallèlement aux stratégies d'approvisionnement et d'achat.

Diriger le développement et la gestion d'une base de données complète des fournisseurs (actuellement plus de 2 000 entrées), en mettant l'accent sur les entreprises guinéennes afin de concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’engagement des fournisseurs, notamment la formation, l’intégration et le suivi des performances dans les catégories à haut risque.

Établir des relations de collaboration avec les parties prenantes/régulateurs gouvernementaux, les fournisseurs, les utilisateurs professionnels et les cadres supérieurs afin d'identifier et de soutenir les opportunités de développement économique local.

Identifier et faciliter diverses initiatives ou interventions en collaborant avec les partenaires appropriés afin de soutenir le développement des fournisseurs et leur participation aux opportunités.
Ce que vous apporterez

Avoir un diplôme (maîtrise/bac+5) pertinent en chaîne d'approvisionnement, de la gestion de projet ou dans un domaine socio-économique et disposer d’au moins 8 ans d’expériences dans les domaines de l’approvisionnement, ou tout autre domaine connexe,

Avoir de bonnes compétences en matière de gouvernance, de processus de chaine d’approvisionnement et d’engagement des parties prenantes.

Capacités avérées à diriger des équipes afin de favoriser l’amélioration continue et la réalisation des objectifs fixés avec une solide connaissances des pratiques d’approvisionnement et des questions d’intégrité commerciale.

Avoir un sens aigu des affaires, d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et des compétences interpersonnelles à collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux du groupe avec une parfaite maitrise de l’Anglais et du Français

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
