Un(e) Capitaine de remorqueur
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Capitaine de remorqueur qui assumera la responsabilité de la conduite et de la supervision des deux remorqueurs, tout en prenant en charge certaines tâches administratives.
Les postulants à ce poste doivent être de nationalité malagasy. Il ou elle sera également tenu (e) de suivre les procédures d'hygiène, de sûreté, de sécurité et de qualité de Port d’Ehoala dans sa procédure de travail.
Relevant de l’Officier du Port vous serez responsable de:

S’assurer de la disponibilité des remorqueurs en tout temps voie de navigation ;

S'assurer que les remorqueurs sont bien entretenus et maintenus propres en tout temps pour une utilisation immédiate ;
-
Tenir à jour les journaux de bord, les registres, documents et les rapports requis par les lois maritimes nationales et internationales et la classification des remorqueurs ;

Comprendre pleinement l'importance des relevés des remorqueurs, de l'entretien, des rapports et des responsabilités d'un capitaine de remorqueur ;

Gérer les équipages à bord des remorqueurs et suivre leur développement ;
-
Assister à la manœuvre d’entrée et sorti d’un navire au Port d’Ehoala après la formation en tant que Patron de remorqueur ;

S’assurer de la pratique des exercices de sécurité périodiques à bord selon les exigences.
Qualifications requises :
Pour que votre candidature soit prise en considération, les exigences sont les suivantes :

Détenir un brevet à jour de « Capitaine 500 internationale » (STCW A II/2) ou « Officier de Quart Pont » (STCW A II/1) ou équivalent;

Détenir des certificats STCW complémentaires à jour;
-
Réunir douze mois de navigation en tant que capitaine d’un navire;
-
Capacité à exercer un leadership efficace et d’influence du personnel au sol ou naviguant ;
-
Connaissance de la règlementation et la sûreté portuaire Code ISPS, sera considéré comme un atout ;

Excellente habilité de communication orale et écrite, et capacité de s’adapter à tous les niveaux de l’organisation;

Bonne maitrise du français, malgache et de l’anglais ;

Souci de la sécurité ;
-
Maitrise des systèmes informatiques et Microsoft Office ;
