Estamos buscando un Analista de Soporte en Sitio – Tecnología Operativa – IST para proporcionar soporte de tecnología operativa en el sitio en Medellín, Colombia y en las oficinas para garantizar que las operaciones no se vean afectadas negativamente.
Un profesional con experiencia laboral limitada que aún está adquiriendo un mayor nivel de conocimientos y habilidades en un área profesional. Que resuelva una variedad de problemas sencillos mediante procedimientos y soluciones definidos y que gestione el entorno operativo de IS&T. Que configure, sostenga y mejore continuamente la plataforma de tecnología de TI general
que se utiliza para brindar servicios de TI, incluida la red, las aplicaciones, el software y el hardware. Que ofrezca integración de procesos y soporte para el sitio. Que tenga discreción limitada para variar de los procedimientos establecidos.
Como estará bajo las órdenes del Lidder de Equipo de Soporte en Sitio de Sudamérica y trabajará en un entorno colaborativo, hará lo siguiente:
- Brindará servicios de soporte en el sitio a los clientes en la minera Rincón.
- Operará dentro de los procesos y el marco de IS&T.
- Proporcionará asistencia en el sitio y soporte para clientes de IS&T.
- Actuará como el contacto local del sitio para los grupos de resolución remotos y los socios
- de IS&T para garantizar que se cumplan las expectativas del cliente o los requisitos del
- sitio.
- Contribuirá a la reputación del servicio de atención al cliente de IS&T por medio del
- mantenimiento de un alto nivel de servicio centrado en el cliente a través de la prestación
- constante de un apoyo profesional y cortés.
- Gestionará y alineará las expectativas de los clientes con las prioridades de IS&T para
- garantizar que todos los incidentes y solicitudes se gestionen de acuerdo con los
- requisitos operativos.
- Logrará una buena comprensión de las actividades operativas para garantizar que los
- impactos comerciales se minimicen debido a interrupciones/incidentes.
- Brindará liderazgo técnico en el sitio a los recursos menos experimentados para garantizar
- que se mantengan los estándares de servicio.
- Mantendrá un conocimiento actualizado de las herramientas y tecnologías necesarias para
- desempeñar eficazmente su función.
- Desarrollará y fomentará una cultura de colaboración e inclusión.
- Respetará y valorará la diversidad de los miembros del equipo.

Qué aportará

- Marco ITIL y aplicación empresarial.
- Conocimiento de las funciones generales de TI y actividades correctivas.
- Conocimiento del proceso de gestión de incidentes.
- Conocimientos de comunicación de servicio al cliente y comunicación de resoluciones
- técnicas en un contexto empresarial.
- Comunicación de manera efectiva y clara con los clientes en persona, por teléfono y por
- correo electrónico con respecto a los problemas/solicitudes de IS&T.
- Capacidad para priorizar tareas para garantizar que las demandas/requisitos comerciales
- se gestionen de manera efectiva.
- Puesta en práctica de conocimientos técnicos especializados para lograr la eficacia
- operativa.
- Inglés a nivel intermedio hablado.

About the role

We are looking for an IST Site Support Analyst Operational Technology to provide on-site operational technology support at Medellín, Colombia and Office Complex to ensure operations are not adversely impacted.
Professional with limited work experience who is still acquiring a higher level of knowledge and skills in a professional area. Solves a range of straightforward problems guided by defined procedures and solutions. manages the IS&T operating environment. Configures, sustains and continuously improves the overall IT technology platform used to deliver IT services including network, applications, software and hardware.
Delivers process embedding and support for in-site. Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
Reporting to the Team Lead Site Support South America and working in a collaborative environment, you will:
- Providing on-site support services to customers in Rincon Mine.
- Operating within IS&T processes and framework.
- Providing on-site presence and support for IS&T customers.
- Acting as the local site contact for remote resolver groups and IS&T partners to ensure
- customer expectations and/or site requirements are achieved.
- Contributing to the IS&T customer service reputation by maintaining a high level of
- customer-focused service through consistent delivery of professional and polite support.
- Managing and aligning customer expectations against IS&T priorities to ensure all
- incidents and requests are managed in line with operational requirements.
- Attaining a good understanding of the operational activities to ensure business impacts
- are minimised by outages/incidents.
- Providing on-site technical leadership to less experienced resources to ensure
- servicestandards are maintained.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of toolsets and technologies required to effectively
- perform the role.
- Develop and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness.

What you’ll bring

- ITIL framework and business application.
- Knowledge of general IT functions and remedial activities.
- Knowledge of Incident Management process.
- Knowledge of Customer Service communication and communicating technical resolutionsin
- a business context.
- Communicating effectively in a clear, layman manner to customers in person, over the
- phone, and via email regarding IS&T issues/requests.
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure business demands/requirements are managed
- effectively.
- Apply specialist technical knowledge to achieve operational effectiveness.
- Fluent Spanish/English.
