Function Summary
With the evolving priorities of individuals and the dynamic demands of businesses, a new era of Employee Support & Payroll Services has emerged. We are actively seeking individuals who can not only resolves people-related challenges but also strategically drive the growth and development of our organization. We are looking for passionate professionals equipped with outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills, who will leverage technology and their expertise to deliver exceptional employee support and ensure accurate and efficient management of payroll processes while adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
What would you be responsible for :
• Employee Data Management:
o Accurate and timely management of complex employee data in HRIS or designated systems. This includes carrying out data entry, updates, and maintenance of employee records across the hire-to-retire lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.
o Perform employee data and organizational hierarchy maintenance in Dual HRIS SAP and run audit reports to validate data between dual HRIS.
o Validate employee data for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
o Analyse employee data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making
o Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and HR initiatives.
• Service line Subject Matter Expert:
o Serve as a subject matter expert and ensure implementation of efficient and standardized processes
o Provide training and guidance to colleagues or junior team members. Share expertise and best practices to promote consistent and accurate employee data management across the organization
• Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement in employee data management and recommend and implement solutions
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and automate manual tasks.
• Adherence to Policies and Guidelines:
o Driving and monitoring compliance with global/local policies, processes, company policies, internal control standards, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR or local data protection laws
• Professional Development:
o Stay updated on employee data management laws, regulations, and industry best practices
o Participate in training programs and seek opportunities for professional growth to enhance knowledge and skills
What experience, skills and qualifications are required :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of prior experience in employee data management, data analysis, or related roles • Subject matter expert in HRIS and employee data management processes
• Extensive experience in SAP data maintenance or EDM, HRIS or other HR data management systems.
• Excellent knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
