Au sujet du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour une durée allant de 2 à 4 mois ingénieur(e) en modélisation qui soit en fin de cycle d’ingénieur (Master 2) pour contribuer à la conception de fours de cuisson des anodes utilisées pour la production d’aluminium.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne dynamique et curieuse de relever les défis de l’industrie de l’aluminium pour produire un métal essentiel en diminuant l’impact environnement de sa production.
Travaillant au sein d’un environnement stimulant et intéressant dans notre équipe, vous aurez les fonctions suivantes :
- Collaborer avec les équipes de conception et les experts métier pour faire tourner les modèles les plus récents sur les fours existants.
- Proposer de nouvelles manières de caractériser la performance des différents designs en confrontant les données de modélisation aux données de performance des fours en opération.
- Mettre à jour les modes opératoires avec les nouvelles méthodes de calcul si besoin.
Votre contribution :
- Étudiant(e) en 2ème année de formation d’ingénieur en modélisation ou procédé.
- Curiosité technique, esprit d’initiative et capacité d’adaptation.
- Première expérience sur les outils ANSYS souhaitable.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Rio Tinto ATS (Aluminium Technology Solutions) conçoit et industrialise des solutions innovantes pour la production de l’Aluminium Primaire au sein de ses départements basés à Voreppe et à Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.
L’équipe de Voreppe a la charge du développement de nouvelles technologies de production d'aluminium permettant de répondre aux défis liés au réchauffement climatique. Dans le cadre de la stratégie de décarbonation de Rio Tinto, l’équipe participe au déploiement de technologie innovantes bas carbone afin de les implémenter dans les futurs usines.
