We are looking for a Senior Advisor – Transfer Pricing to join our global transfer pricing team on a 12‑month contract, commencing immediately. In this role, you will support the management and improvement of transfer pricing compliance and reporting across the globe, with a strong focus on automation, standardisation and providing timely advice to our product groups as they grow across multiple regions.
You will work across a wide range of diverse projects and collaborate daily with colleagues across Australia, Singapore, Canada, London, Argentina and the United States. As part of a global team, some flexibility outside normal business hours will occasionally be required—balanced with our strong commitment to work/life flexibility.

Reporting to the Manager – Tax (Australia) and working closely within our broader Tax community, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:

Managing global transfer pricing compliance requirements, including:
-
Collecting information and preparing transfer pricing documentation
-
Assisting with local related-party reporting requirements
-
Coordinating benchmarking analyses
-
Working with external advisors and consultants as required

Driving continuous improvement opportunities, particularly in automation of transfer pricing compliance and reporting processes
-
Supporting the Group’s transfer pricing reporting obligations including updates to the Master File and preparation of the Country‑by‑Country Report

Monitoring legislative changes and implementing best practice responses

Assisting Transfer Pricing Managers with global advisory matters and audits

Undertaking regular inter‑company transaction reviews
-
Supporting project management and implementation of transfer pricing initiatives

Performing annual true‑up analysis of transfer pricing charges and working with Finance to report outcomes in annual statutory accounts

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Tax, Controllership, Legal, Treasury and Operations

Supporting reorganisations, transactions, risk identification and optimisation opportunities
-
Assisting with tax audits, APAs and MAP processes, including coordination with external service providers

Managing interactions with external auditors and advisors on transfer pricing matters
About You:
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

A strong commitment to safety—your own and your team’s

Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work accurately across all aspects of a task

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines

Minimum 5 years’ transfer pricing experience within a consultancy or multinational organisation

A professional accounting designation, Law degree, Economics/Finance qualification or equivalent
-
Demonstrated experience in transfer pricing documentation and compliance
-
Ability to extract, analyse and interpret data to provide commercially relevant recommendations
-
Experience with accounting systems and inter‑company journals (TP adjustments) desirable
-
Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
-
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams
-
Strong interest in automation and continuous improvement using tools such as Power BI
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience engaging with tax authorities and managing transfer pricing audits
